Yeah Twinkle, Ahmed is a Cic person. Two times my docs were received by him. Insha Allah everything 'll b alright.

Marium it's better to fill PHEP form and send it. And dont send ur expired passport, it 'll be useless cos they 'll n't stamp it and might delay ur case as well. So first renew it as soon as possible and then send it with Phep filled forms and photos. Hope it 'll help.
