i have done all this from Karachi for FBI ...it was done at garden police head office...yes the put ink on finger and then put finger print on paper...they have special finger printing kit. and they r good in it mine was accepted and i got my FBI report

u can even use visa card of pak rupess account, that's acceptable for online payment...i have recently paid FBI clearance fees from my Pak rupess credit card..and that was also from hyderabad :)
