oh well it all depends on visa officer. i think when they ask for it together then lets not play around with the application and send in everything! with all the fees. it takes enough time already for them to look at our files initially ..why should we give them an excuse to close our file and put it back in the cabinet and look at it later when we can send in everything together?

yeaaa I applied and got mine in september!

what did the notes show? any updates?

me and my brother both applied for PR for our's wife's in mid-July 2012, 1 week apart from each other since then not heard anything except for approval latter.

My brother received this e-mail (ATUOMATED)

Can you tell me how an application can be processed faster than usual processing time?? I would be planning to get married(nikkah only) next year but I am already looking for all the answers before i file my wife's sponsorship application. If I do Nikkah only does it affect the application or do I need to have a complete wedding with rukhsati?? what would be your suggestion ??
thanks

I applied on 26th April 2012 and application was transferred on 24th July 2012. I have not heard anything yet. I know this person who is immigration lawyer and she was saying that they wont ask for remedical till they complete the security and criminality check which when i ordered the notes back in July 2013 was not started. God knows when they will ask for remedical. I am honestly very frustrated with all this.

Is your a wife or husband case.

Background/security checks are done after remed. Hence, the reason they ask for re-pcc after/with remed. Prior to remed its collecting dust and mice droppings

I am thinking about applying for visit visa for my wife. can anyone let me know the details of it? like how i can apply and what documents should i attach and which forms i have to fill? all the details please. Thanks!

Year 2012 cases fellows, I been thorough the same as your are (I suggest you apply for GCMS notes) if you are waiting for remedical for longer than usual. They request for remedical once they are satisfied with the case(most of the cases). I mean you have paid all the fees, all the documents and proof are complete.

Once they process remedical then they start background check.

I am noticing few people are sharing TCS tracking number. I assume those includes TRV, Parents and Spouse cases. I haven't seen many PPR after the strike has finished.

There are multiple threads in the visitors section of this forum regarding visit visa (also called TRV) especially for spouse. You can go thru the list and, if needed, post there so more people with relevant experience will be able to help you
