I am canadian citizen i like to apply for new born daughter citizenship certificate my wife application is already in process so now i am gathering documents to apply for my daughter citizenship certificate

My question is do i need to have my daughter pakistani passport copies with birth certificate and b form to apply her citizenship certificate.
we have not apply her pakistani passport yet i have arranged her nadra birth certificate and b form with my 2 photo ID's .I did check documents checklist it does not shows that we have to submit her pakistani passport copies .Also do i need to send my original citizenship certificate with her application .

Salam, this info that you gave is incorrect and does not put you at the bottom of the list. Its better to order electronic file as you don't need more papers and its easier to read on pc or laptop. Who ever said this before to you is also incorrect.... May Allah help us all In Sha Allah

yes we did send in originals. well i think once your process is done you can send in a request to return your documents to you

I don't recommend taking a lawyer at all, there is so much help available otherwise. I paid $1500 to a lawyer who did absolutely NOTHING and instead told me how applying for GCMS notes is a bad idea and lots of other bull****. If even one person reads my advise I will feel like I got something out of posting my experience. It was useless paying $1500 and the only reason why I did that was cuz of my in-laws who believed it was essential to get a lawyer. For all the new applicants: Please don't waste time and money on lawyers, fill your application out yourself (which I did anyways and he just read it over), read them twice and thrice and you will be good insha Allah.

Omg..the exact same thing happened to me..I listened to my in-laws and ended up paying $2000! Now my parents are always taunting me for not filling the papers myself like they initially advised. UGH!
Just fill your papers yourself pls! Then follow with an MP of your city afterwards..I have contacted a MP of my city today and I'm hoping to receive positive news...

Currently i can prove that she has ties to back home as she is studying. but after completion of studies, I have no chance proving it. I want to apply now, If she may get visa can she come after 5 months when study will be complete? or she has to travel in certain period of time.

Final Question,

What is opinion about online application process?
is it good or has more refusal rate.

Do they give multiple entry TRV visa to spouse and child???
how much is the duration of that visa

I applied for my wife and I was lucky to get visitor's visa until the expiry of her passport. In my case it was three years. Its all luck I did not even show her education or financial documents everything was from my side. They look at your profession, income and your wife's education. Just give a passionate reason that you work in Cananda and cannot stay with your wife away from work and you guys need to spend time together. they are usually good on compassionate grounds no need to lie or make stories, rest of it is luck. Your wife can travel any time until the visa is valid only condition is she need to exit every six months. But once here you can extend her stay by paying 75 dollars. All they want is to make money from ppl. So be to the point and up front, pay the fees and fill out the applications peroperly.
