What can b the maximum fee of a canadian lawyer to assisst and filing a sponsorship case.
Any idea ?

Which category we 've to select in ATIP electronic and physical file
permanent residence or sponsorship ?
Please share ur valuable experiences.

are you applying for GCMS notes? :O you select electronic file because physical file means they will take it out of the queue and you will get the file and everything which means your file will start processing all over again so always choose ELECTRONIC.

how do you know that i ordered GCMS notes and select physical one (as far as i know physical means they will send hard copy of notes at your home address and electronical means they will email you the notes)

idkk u did that. but for physical I know that they take you out of the "waiting" queue and you go down the bottom and the waiting time starts all over again

Salam, this info that you gave is incorrect and does not put you at the bottom of the list. Its better to order electronic file as you don't need more papers and its easier to read on pc or laptop. Who ever said this before to you is also incorrect.... May Allah help us all In Sha Allah

Salam,

When ordering GCMS notes it does not bother your processing time in anyway. Order as many times as you like it costs $5.00 and I do this at least every 2 or 3 months but it never bothers you processing time in anyway. You can also contact the Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 they will also tell you the same info In Sha Allah

Ok well i read it on the forum that they have to locate ur physical file and make copies and then u lose ur position which elongates ur processing time so always go for electronic. Anyways thanks for the correction

Medical done in: May 2012
file transfer: 23rd September 2012
remed request: 24th august 2013
remed done: 5th September 2013
heard nothing since remed.
nd my status is
We received your application for permanent residence on June 12, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

i am a wife sponsored by my Canadian citizen husband.
