your decision made earlier because you havent sent your pp with medical so whenever you sent your passport only sometime they give you visa earlier because nothing to do just need to stamp visa, do not worry all will be good with you In Sha Allah..

Salam sister, They update their files tomorrow on Tuesday but they update later in the week to. Its wonderful news if they have requested your Pass Port just pray that it doesn't take so long to be returned with Visa inside In Sha Allah

You can also take the internet route. Email both ottawa and Islamabad regarding your file. (This will help locate your file)
Anyone can email (sponsor or applicant)

Can any one please tell me, how can I check that is my file is in Islo or in Ottawa? Who has to send the email and on what adress, sponser or applicant can do the email that too? My wife called the Canadian Help Line and they put her on hold all the time, I(applicant) called Islamabad and their was no option to call the operator to ask about the file

I am undecided on couple of things regarding my sponsorship application

- Will applying for TRV raise a red flag on the PR application?
- When should we send additional documents (proof of relationship). I believe the file was transferred from Ottawa to Isb in August. Since my application, I have not visited my wife again and planning a visit next year in february-march inshallah. So uptill now the additional proof will comprise the call history, skype log chats, WU receipts, Gifts sent thru courier etc. Should I send these now or wait till my visit and submit those along with proof of visit, new pictures etc?

no some people say applying for TRV means you want to be with ur spouse and want to cut down the distance. its like an effort to be with ur spouse so no red flags.
Usually the file is looked at for initial review after an year. I applied in Oct 2012 and before coming back from Pakistan I applied for GCMS notes to find out my initial review is due by november 2013 so jaldi jaldi I compiled my additional documents .. and send them.
I guess it just depends on you if you wanna send it now and then one again after you come back. but the visit to Pakistan additional documents will weigh more ..

preshan na hon kabhi kabhi CIC etna fast ho jata hai,,,,i know one old form member ,,us ne apna passport thrusday ko send keya or us ko passport next thursday se pahlye wapes bhe ageya tu preshani ki koye baat nahe hai

Hi,
Got my GCMS notes today. Only thing noticeable is Medical "In Progress". Eligibility, Security and Criminality "Not Started".
However where it shows my various documents such as Forms,Affidavit, Educational Docs etc. the Associated Date is 21 May 2013...does this mean these documents have been assessed on this date?

ecase decision made show kar raha hai

lekin mera adress pakistan wala show ho raha hai

so please help yeh normal hai?

If they wanna refuse ur visa(God forbidden)
they never issue a pasport request

If passport is coming ita definetly visa stamped on it
inshallah u ll get it by tomorow noon
