How many days it takes to make an urgent passport in Karachi ?

Just ordered notes. The process was so easy that I feel stupid for not ordering it when I crossed the one year mark. Its frustrating feeling so out of control and not knowing where your file is or whats happening to it or whats taking them so long. If nothing it would have lessened my anxiety a little.

Strongly advise applicants who've exceeded 14 months or more to order it.

Submit your request by filling in the details here. Its a four step process. You fill in two forms. Attach consent form. Pay $5 via your credit card.

Another confusion:

should I send additional documents to Ottawa or Islamabad? My physical file is in Ottawa, so I thought id send them there but last minute got confused .. any help would be appreciated!

I'm in the same boat, but how do you know your file is in Ottawa? It's almost 11 months ...

thru GCMS notes .. just came back from the UPS store. inshAllah my package will be delivered by tuesday noon

and I shipped to Ottawa not Islamabad

PHYSICAL file is in Ottawa .. baqi my file is in Islamabad e-storage

I am kind of stumped i want to call my wife over on a visit visa while the file is being processed but I am now reluctant because i heard it will delay the file even more according to our family friend, can anyone tell me from experience tnx guys

Applying for gmcs notes and applying for visit visa DOES NOT delay case in anyway shape or form. It is a myth created to put fear in people. In sh Allah go for it best of luck

Step 2 — Medical, security, background checks and other verifications for person being sponsored

Working on applications received on October 21, 2012

and my adress still showing my pakistani adress

Congrats in advance u have been granted VISA & address will be updated soon, no worries.

Can any one please tell me, how can I check that is my file is in Islo or in Ottawa? Who has to send the email and on what adress, sponser or applicant can do the email that too? My wife called the Canadian Help Line and they put her on hold all the time, I(applicant) called Islamabad and their was no option to call the operator to ask about the file

zain its sad to know that u got married to a wrong person. being a woman myself i think i understand wt a husband has expectations from his wife.. and no u cant live like that bcoz u r gonna start a family too so u cant put ur kids through this stress as well. i can feel u r stressed by wt u have gone through.. just listen to ur heart and do wt u think is right. and u have been cheated by ur in laws for sure.
out of curiosity, how come u got ur visa in 14 months which u dont even need... if ur wife is a mental patient how did they give u visa? didnt they know she has hospital records? and how come u got the visa so quick..? just curious!
