There is no need to waste money by hiring lawyer, completing the forms are very straightforward plus this forum is so helpful. In my opinion who is using lawyers their case might raise quotations as to why lawyers are hired for legal work.

I felt the same and thats where my father-in-law stepped in and i could do nothing but obey...some people find it hard to believe that sometimes younger people can have a point too..now im stuck bcz the lawyer is utterly useless and im helpless..

yes this E33020 contains question specific to Pakistan nationals so in the letter they may have mentioned which pages you need to fill but when you have applied for the first time these questions were already answered so just copy paste it in this form, good luck

have you sent contact proof after your marriage? like skype pics and chat logs and call history or email copies to CHC-I without them asking you for additional proof of ongoing relationship?

Can we Afghans convince CIC to process Afghan National applications in India? If you agree let ask CIC to make change at lest it will be helpful for future applicants, for us is too late now.
