CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

They dont send AOR at times. Like in my case and many other cases, AORnever came

I applied for my spouse sponsorship in December 2012 and the application was approved by CPC Mississauga in January 2013. It has been 8 months and we have not received an acknowlegdement receipt from Islamabad. We also sent an inquiry letter to the High Commission in the first week of June but did not get any response. Please let me know if anyone has come across a similar situation.

First serve criteria. Many people wait while many others get approved. Its all luck mostly.

Hi everyone, I just joined this forum. I found it really usefull and decided to be part of it as I am also going through the same process.
I applied my housband in May 2012 and recieved a reply in june that my application is forwarded to Islamabad. I haven't heard anything after that, and my husband has not recieved anything yet from CIC Islamabad

did you send the documents to ottawa? well that means your file is now in islamabad and that is where you should send the documents. i sent additional documents to ottawa in may of this year. they accepted them and updated my file. my file was transferred to islamabad in june 2013. ottawa had my file since june 2012.

Yes i sent them to ottawa. Might be that my file is in islamabad now thats why they kept the copies and documents returned to me. Lets see hope for best

Dont worry, it takes 10-12 months documents received at CHC Islamabad, I applied in June 2012 and sent email on June 2nd 2013 to CHC Islamabad and after a month on July 2013, got re medical request, moreover CHC Islamabad replied my email on July 29th saying that to get your re medical assessment from IMO pannel physician. so please dont worry and wait for another 2-3 months, they dont forget us but takes time.

MY WIFE APPLIED FOR THE 'PR CARD' RENEWAL SHE SENT THE COPIES OF PR CARD AND AS SHE REMMBERS AT THAT TIME WEB SITE ASKED FOR COPIES

BUT TODAY SHE CHEKED AGAIN AND IT SAYS ORGINAL CARDS WILL THIS EFFCTS OR CAN SHE UPDATE THEM AGAIN BY SENDING THE ORGNNALS

IF SOME ONE ANY EXPERIANCE PLEASE EXPLAIN

I applied in dec 2012 feb transfer nafing at alll not even remed i think mine will be remed +ppr

ohhhh that's sooo nice ...u got a reply from CHC Islamabad..I'm getting curious about what did u write in ur email that they got CONVINCED to send u a REPLY PLUS A REMEDICAL REQUEST...!
Plzzz share what did u ask them for Plzzz...
As a matter of fact I also sent them an enquiry on 30 June,2013 ..got nothing back uptill now=(

Salam all,

My wife received an email this morning from re-DELHI.MEDICAL@international.gc.ca for medial re-assessment. (Thanks to ALLAH almighty)

The email stated that original medical examinations has expired, and in order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself. You have 30 days to complete etc.

Few questions:
Why is this from Dehli and not CHC Islamabad?
Has anyone else received such request? What did you receive after this, and after how long?
