and if its dead sure now
Then send a letter beforehand tell them u have planned a rukhsati in oct and send invitation card s nd u ll update embassy with more proofs after rukhsati
And dnt forget to send ur pasport and ticket copy
also provide proofs that u have done rukhsati with photos
dnt forget to write a separate letter containing the details of honeymoon and also label different pics as honeymoon pics

Don't worry. It's something which you as a sponsor fill in the undertaking section. From what I remember, it's a questionnaire that asks you specify if you don't meet as a sponsor do you still want to continue on other bases, etc.

You have passed that stage. It's all good!

"If you are found Ineligible to sponsor:
- Withdraw your sponsorship application.
- Proceed with the application for permanent residence"

In my notes, it says continue, since I specified to proceed.

@ Parri, No i have not received anything back, its been almost 2 months now. why would they send back?

I don't know but they returned mine after a week with a letter saying that they kept the copies.
I sent them to ottawa. I asumed that my file is in ottawa as i am september 2012 case.
Plz let me know if u hear any news because we almost share the same time line just few days difference

First time the case was refused bcs of some unwillingly submitted misrepresentation ... The first case was submitted in 2005. The visa officer thought that the marriage was done just to get cdn immig eventhough we already had our elder son at the time of interview. The refusal letter came in 2007 but my husband was busy in Pakistan so we didnt apply our case until 2012. Now that we have two sons lets see how it goes this time.

one question that I am doubtful about is the medical .... The lady who was at the medical center asked me where my case was filed I told her Mississauga so on the medical paper she wrote the address of CHC-Mississauga ... Here on this forum I got to know that medical goes to New Dehli ... In my gcms notes dated 3rd june 2013 medical is in progress however, most of the members who ordered gcms notes r mentioning that their medical status shows completed-expired... what happened to my medical? Can someone solve my query?

I have the same question that our GCMS notes show medical in progress ... why ????
Can anyone answer our questions? Seniors plz consider.

Hi, I have one more question. In my GCMS notes its also written Family Size: 2 whereas we are 4 four.
Me(sponsor) my husband (sponsored person) and our two sons (canadian born).
So shouldnt it be family size:4 ?????/

they are so unpredictable
but now u hav a better chance to present ur case
as u can show more proofs of relationship
and specially photos with sons will help u more

Ppr came through tcs and no they didnt send any email about it. But re-med came first by email then by tcs along with ppr and rpcc

my sister-in- law got her passport back in 26 days but this was 5 months ago but now they are on strike so not sure
