Look how many couple all over the world who are older or younger so take it from there. What you must continue to do is send proof like chats especially screen shots of all your contact online as well as phone bills, visit anything to prove your case is Genuine. my case is a nikkah case but we r getting rukhsati done in October.how can this affect our case? We r sending wedding invitation cards,pics,reciepts of makeup photographer appointments,hall bookings etc as an update,
i mean will having only a nikkah have a negative impact? Will this cause me to b put in the interview cue? Wat do u guys think

Still no real news except a letter to my MP from MP Jason Kenny himself saying he is sorry its taking so long but the process is the process as he said. I wrote back saying I'm so happy you got relived of your seat and someone else can look into things as they are doing as they please at CIC Islamabad Pakistan.
Seen the doctor in Ottawa and I need a new brace for 3 months and if it doesn't work well its a complete foot and ankle reconstruction. I pray the brace helps In Sha Allah.

if u r doing rukhsati in october
and if its dead sure now
Then send a letter beforehand tell them u have planned a rukhsati in oct and send invitation card s nd u ll update embassy with more proofs after rukhsati
And dnt forget to send ur pasport and ticket copy
also provide proofs that u have done rukhsati with photos
dnt forget to write a separate letter containing the details of honeymoon and also label different pics as honeymoon pics

Yes this is true, but in order to apply for them you must be a Canadian Citizen with a Canadian address otherwise they will refuse you.....Hope this helps In Sha Allah

I sent some additional proofs to ottawa back in June 2013..it has been updated on to the file.

Eligibility has a due date of 09/26/2013.... Security & criminality has a due date of 10/20/2012 ? ( I dont know why)..Does it mean its already done?

I have submitted my wife application on April 20, 2013 and got AOR, they said my files are transferred to Islamabad on May 17, 2013. about 1.5 month ago I sent email to Islamabad and asked if they have received my files, still they have not replied me yet. Today I called this #1888 242 2100 and spoke with agent he said I dont have access to your file you need to ask Islamabad and I dont have control over them. Do you know how I can contact Ottawa via phone or email? Can you please share with me Ottawa contact # or email address?

Hello Everyone,

My wife is a Canadian citizen and we are going to apply for my spouse immigration, I am in Pakistan. The application will go to Islamabad.

I was wondering since it will take around 2-1/2 years/29 months for this process to complete, can I apply for Canada student visa M.Eng. I am working in an Engineering firm. I have 7-years working experience.

Please let me know if anyone has done this before and have been successful in it. From what I hear, the visit visa is usually denied by the embassy, what about a student visa application?
