Sponsoring my wife, just received physical mail in Pakistan for further proofs validating the relationship. I have not received a copy of it so I am unable to provide specifics, but i guess any news is good news at this point.

Any insight someone can provide from experiences will be greatly appreciated.

, but if your[not you in particular] timeline was more than 29 months, if not then why are you blaming the MP or anyone for that matter. And it would be injustice if somebody's timeline exceeded 29 months or whatever they have up on the site now.

I applied in April 2012 and it got transfer in July 2012. In oct 2012 ISB asked my husband to send his PCC from larkana cuz he stayed there to do his nursing. But after that we didn't hear anything from them. When we revived the latter from ISB I was think that my hubby will be here soon now but still I'm waiting

Is that a card you can get in Karachi easily? is it a requirement or just a notarized translation of an Urdu is okay?

Just spoke to my MP's office. They did an inquiry and were told that some files were processed by mistake according to the Ottawa timeline, my file however is getting processed according to the ISB timeline and will not be opened until Feb 2014..... I am a Feb 2012 applicant....

JUst check that post on page 381 of "asap-pls". Same time line with isb visa office got ppr .

there is no english nic.. NICOP for overseas pakistanis is in english. Just get notarized translation of your cnic

dear brothers and sisters...

my wife case started august 2010.
my daughter was added in jan 2012.
remedical was done sep 5, 2012.
passports were sent nov 22, 2012.

then they said they lost the medicals.
march 2013 they said all the documents are available now.

my concern is that now the online status shows "A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision".

and the email that I received is "Dear Client: In reply to your mail (see below) please be informed that your application has been finalized and documents would be returned in coming days. Regards"


so what does this mean......???????

Hey, last time i checked my file was in Ottawa.. if i were to send additional documents to Ottawa.. what is there email address i can send it too? i am a July 2012 applicant. Also i just scan w.e i have and send them with an email right?
