I got my approval letter email from OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca..instead of CPC mississauga...anyone finds that strange?
It's saying your file has been transfered to Islambad for further processing.

I Guess the real waiting time begins now...
Does anyone know, how long it takes islamabad to send an AOR letter?..I read somewhere that they no longer rissue AORs...is this correct?

@Hogayishadi..bro i kno how waiting is so damm frustrating...Just dont think about it. Things will happen when ALLAh makes them happen.

Hopefuly this year's cases are quicker. Couple of my friends who applied in June 2011, there cases were completed in July-August 2012.

Got my AOR back in July from Mississauga (via snail mail) telling me that my file's been transferred to Islamabad.

Emailed Ottawa last week:

Dear Sir/Madam,



I applied to sponsor my wife and received correspondence from CIC-Mississauga that our file was transferred to CHC Islamabad on July 10th.

I have been reading on message boards that some files have been sent to CIC-Ottawa instead of CHC-Islamabad.

I would like to ask if you could please let me know if our file is at your centre or not as we will be sending additional supporting documentation in the coming months and want to confirm the location of the file so that we may send said documentation to the correct centre.

Your application is in process in Ottawa. No further action is required by you at this time.

I wish i had known this before, i just sent an additional proofs package to ISB based on the letter they sent me...

Usually it is suppose to change to "in process". However, in some cases ecas never changed. At the end, it's also quite unreliable.

Many people got approval letters from "OttPilot", its a new scheme immigration canada has come up with. Email for CPP-O is normal.

Yes, real wait starts now, AOR from ISB is up in the air. Usually people get after 8-10 months. (Some rare cases got it very early)

CPP-O must be helping out CPC-M on spousal sponsorship cases, that's why many approvals and transfers are happening from CPP-Ottawa.

Nothing special there.

ys hopfully thats what i would like to believe when i emailed them i wrote my uci # when they replied they reffered to application # the one starts with F00000 so that means they actuall pulled up my file to see status of it ..
and ya my ecas shows application received on feb23,2012 ........ medical results have been received ..
