CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

ys hopfully thats what i would like to believe when i emailed them i wrote my uci # when they replied they reffered to application # the one starts with F00000 so that means they actuall pulled up my file to see status of it ..
and ya my ecas shows application received on feb23,2012 ........ medical results have been received ..

but mine doesnt say that medical results have been received?????

hmm really mine shows medical has been receivd for my ecas and my husban's ecas shows same medical result has been received and it has been like that from beginning..

but for me since beginning it says we received your application for PR on feb 15, 2012. It never says anything about medical although i had sent my husbands medical paper along with the application ??? anyone has an idea why it doesnt it show abt medical???

though ottawa replied that no further action is required by you this time, still i will send them some proofs like telephone bills and emails, lets see what they do, will keep you guyz updated

But after 7 months when I phone CPC Mississauga they replied me that CHC Islamabad did't approve your application and they send us back your File To Canada. Any Idea or guidance Please ?

a week ago, one of my cozn also got the same reply after 1.5 yr. the case accepted by Mississauga but CHC-isb have rejected the case and the reason mentioned that u had nikkah but no rukhsati.

In case CHC Islamabad reject your case due to lack of Photos etc. and send your file back to Canada. what is next ?

Will you re-apply your case again from zero or the same case will be processed ?

he is now in pak, today is his wedding/rukhsati and on sunday is the valima day.. he is going to re apply his case from zero...
