And what if my in laws living in canada doesnot agree to order gcms notes .Everyone is receiving letter from CHC but since october 2012 I didnt hear anything mine case is skype nikkah only

Did ur hubby visit u ?after nikah?
Did u guys submitted ur pics together
if not then this is the reason of delay may b
and if they dnt agree let them ignore
ask ur hubby to do it privately
I never understand y inlaws are so unsupportive
mine are even
they never let us to.apply trv unless we did it secretly

UPDATE ON MY ECASE!

Thank you ALLAH, My case status online has updated today and now it says Medical results have been received. exactly after 6 days that it reached New Delhi Visa Office, any ideas what will be the next step?

No its a year he didnt visit me I m totally stuck wht to do wht shall I tell my parents

dnt take to much stress
just explain them.u hab searched on internet that they dnt give visa to nikah only cases or
u can tell them that it takes more time if u hav a nikah only case
first explain this to ur hubby

and it was realy ur trv which push me to apply and I work on it for 5 months then I applied

Every one talking about TRV here. Can some one explain it a little? What if you get TRV? What is the fee of applying? It's processing time? Does it's document contain fresh medical and police certificate also, I am asking for the people who are waiting for their PRV. For how long, a TRV visa holder can stay. Can he study or work on it?

normaly if u r applying for six month visit
u dnt need medical
Rs7000 for single entry
Rs14000 for multiple entry
79 days processing time
as per my search u can work if ur spouse is a permanent resident or citizen

in multiple entry u can come back to pak.and then go back again
and in single entry u can go only once and when u ll return u cant go back without applying again

u cannot work legally there or study ... but if ur spouse is on work permit u can apply too for work permit and than can work there .. moreover, they allow to stay for 6 months but if u have multiple entry visa than u can extend ur visa ..

Salam multiple entry means you can come and go three times In Sha Allah and you put visiting husband nd in laws they will make visa for 90 days In Sha Allah
