you confirmed from them, of it was transfered or not ?

cause may be its london who finalized the case and advised CHC-Ibd to send you PPR as they will be the ones who will issue you a visa ?

I never confirmed but I got three req tht is doc req, remedical and pp req all from isb back to back from jan to april 2014 .. so I dun think my file would've moved to London in this time as if it was the case.. it never would've been finalized this early..

Also, it's a wife case.. Im sponsoring my wife.

Applied - April 2012
Sponsor approval - Aug 2012
Stayed in Ottawa from Aug 2012 to Aug 2013
Transferred to Islamabad in Aug 2013 (found out thru GCMS)

Remedical req - Feb 2014
Remedical done - March 2014
PP Req - April 2014

My file never transferred to London
My status changed in Feb 2014 to IN PROCESS.

I am waiting for interview date. I would like to do my Medical and Police clearance before my interview. So that they have the results before my date. What is the procedure to get the medical done. Is there any forms. You can do it any time and it has to be requested from the CHC. Thanks

I also received a request letter through Pakistan Post on 12th Feb and it was sent to me on 22nd Jan,2014...it was for Re-PCC,RPRF and to fill out some additional forms ..I did not get any remedical with this ...in this letter I found out that my email address mentioned was not actually mine ..we have already ordered our GCMS notes and got them the end of Feb,2014...I cannot understand the text properly coz it seems that they have sent me an email for remedical on the same date and they updated the notes as well on 22nd Jan...I've sent them emails,fax and a letter in my package to update my email address and send me that letter again of that was already sent on a wrong email address...can someone please help me understand the notes and find out ..

"Police Certificate :Not provided Supplimentary info sheet is on file RPRF:Not Paid Meds Validity:Expired Documents Requested:Updated IMM8 SAP,Police Certificate Meds: sent via auto email Email sent to FH to send request letter via email File assigned to RG Reg upon reciept of documents file to RG"

And uptill now I did not receive anything and don't even have any idea that my email address is updated or not and did I actually miss my remedical ? And if I did miss this what should I do ?

FH seems to be initials of Faryal Hussain - an imm. agent in CHC-I.
RG would mean registry, if i'm not mistaken...

If I were you, I would send them another FAX, mentioning that re-medical not received, and to correct the email address......
Ask them to confirm that they have updated the address.

Or you can get your MP involved and get this done through him/her.....

From the text that you pasted out of your GCMS notes, it looks like they sent you re-medical request via e-mail (an auto e-mail).
As for the e-mail update, next time you order your GCMS notes, check for the e-mail that they have there for you. There is no other way to check if they have updated your e-mail address. My e-mail address also had an error in it. I sent letters and faxes for the correct e-mail. Never received a confirmation until I ordered GCMS notes and saw that my e-mail was updated there.

Hi everyone i am new to this forum, my husband have applied for spouse sponsorship for me back in August 2012, later i have not received any update from CIC for any medical to be done , since i have not submitted my medical with my file. then in 10 December 2012 my husband inquired CIC call center about my application they told him that they have already sent the file for medical to be done on 15 Oct 2012. We both got worried as the file was not received at our address, as their mail doesnot contain any tracking number so we cant track where my complete file is.. then we email them about our lost application and then they response in Jan 2013 to resend the file. After getting know my file is not with them not at our address and not at any post office i started making my file again and sent to my husband, he submitted on 16th Jan 2013 and we got an email from CIC on 25 Jan 2013 that our file is now in Islamabad. Since then i have no update about my file, status shows that medical results have been received and file is in process please find delay on emails .. i am soo worried its been more then 14 months and no update from their side,.... i know many of you have put your experiences here so please if somebody is also in the phase and also waiting for the response let me know.. Thanks

anybody please help?how many months it is taking normally for the applications of 2012 n 2013.also i need to know should i count months since when i have applied or when application reach to visa office?
