Congratulations!!

First good news of April :)

You got PPR by email or TCS? request came from London or Islamabad?

If they have transferred all cases to London then how come you got PPR from Islamabad.
So, Islamabad still hold the status of issuing visa? :( :( :( :( :( :(

Twinkle I would advise you to just go ahead with things as they are. Your husband is lucky he has a multiple visa and he can travel to be with you during this important time. If your file is still in queue and background checks are still to be done then instead of waiting for PPR which you have no idea will come when,you guys at least have an opportunity to be together. He'll have to travel back to get PPR and its a big hassle.. costly too but you guys have to decide what to do.

I'm expecting too..baby is due end of July and I'm sitting at 27 months now but still no PPR. My husband has sent Dr's note and other relevant info so maybe they get a bit sympathetic and speed up the process but nothing happening. I would give anything to have my hubby by my side during this time..if you have a chance then why not avail it?

A quick question everyone!! I've read posts on different threads and ppl from other countries don't get their docs back! Maybe cos they send in copies and not originals! I was thinking do they return our original docs or not? They asked for all the original educational certificates and I don't want to loose them or let them keep it with them. I don't want the pics etc back but all the important docs I want them back! Should I contact them n tell them to return them once they don't need them or just wait for them to return it themselves!!

normally they return it when they return pp with visa....

now days they r sending documents coz our physical file is in ottawa and e file is getting transfer 1st islamabad then london so they r transferring just e files they dont need physical documents thats why they r returning and not all applicants got there documents back yet

Hi everyone i am new to this forum, my husband have applied for spouse sponsorship for me back in August 2012, later i have not received any update from CIC for any medical to be done , since i have not submitted my medical with my file. then in 10 December 2012 my husband inquired CIC call center about my application they told him that they have already sent the file for medical to be done on 15 Oct 2012. We both got worried as the file was not received at our address, as their mail doesnot contain any tracking number so we cant track where my complete file is.. then we email them about our lost application and then they response in Jan 2013 to resend the file. After getting know my file is not with them not at our address and not at any post office i started making my file again and sent to my husband, he submitted on 16th Jan 2013 and we got an email from CIC on 25 Jan 2013 that our file is now in Islamabad. Since then i have no update about my file, status shows that medical results have been received and file is in process please find delay on emails .. i am soo worried its been more then 14 months and no update from their side,.... i know many of you have put your experiences here so please if somebody is also in the phase and also waiting for the response let me know.. Thanks
