I've been reading ur posts since I joined this forum n uve always been calm n patient n optimistic.... dont panic and dont re send them email there r few more members who didnt get reply from london office..they already gave u 28 days time for reply...plus may be they kept few files for cic islamabad...akher islamabad walye bhe tu kuch karngye na

Then
Any (2012 or Sep 2011 onward) applicant got any good update from London/New Dehli?
If not then London is another dumping place for Pakistanis and New Dehli for Afghanis. :-[ ???

April-2014 is about to start and no PPR from CHC-Islamabad for last 11 months. ???

i think no london's role is different than ottawa. because at that time visa authority was still in inslamabad but now situation is changed london is taking over on everything including vissa issuance i think. it doesn't mean that london's time line applies on pakistani applicants specially at this point may be in future. it will not take 11 months for processing pakistani vissa but hopefully less than 32 months. because eventually they are planing to reduce the time line.
in metro news paper few days ago there was an articall that government is thinking about impossing few rules e.g minimum incom requirement, language proficiency and education for spousal visas so i think when they will apply these rule practically then they will reduce time line too in future 1/ 2 years thats my understanding.
give any comments if any one has anyother experience or understanding.
its not april fool i really read it in metro you can say a week ago.

...and we are still asking why our timeline increases every quarter. Don't expect a miracle...the best way for find out disingenuity of a relationship, i would not last for 32 months...easy

AOA everyone! Please i need an accurate answer, if my husband comes to canada on visit visa for the delivery of our baby in june, will he have to go back once his PR is approved? he had his remedical+pacc+forms done in aug 2013, and latest update from MP says background checks are not finished yet. Im delivering in june so i want him to be with me, he has multiple entry visa. But we dont want he comes and has to go back again once isb asks his Passport for PR. We have contacted many ppl, some say yes he can get his COPR in canada and some say no he will need to go back to have PR visa stamped. Please help me find real answer to this questions. Would be really appreciated.
