That's a very good sign. It will take a week and after the docs reviewing is done, they will update to "We do not need additional documents from you". And then within a week you'll have your PPR. This is what they did with my application before I received PPR

Yes you can do it online. Take the print and go to your booking agent and tell him to schedule your flights accordingly. Make sure you do it before you book your flight because the change in flight dates might effect the fare.

My wife dropped her Passport yesterday at VFS-Lhr and they said the PP will be returned within a week.

3 to 4 calender days. Most probabpy 2 working days. Mine took only 2 working days.
