CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Files transfer was started for london in november 2013 (new cases especially). According to that, its been 5 months, they are half way through. (Depends on if you believe that pakistani will fall into london time).

Hi Everyone,

If massive transfer of files was middle of February-2014.
Then
Any (2012 or Sep 2011 onward) applicant got any good update from London/New Dehli?
If not then London is another dumping place for Pakistanis and New Dehli for Afghanis. :-[ ???


I request everyone raise hand to certify this above statement or let us all know London/New Dehli is doing something.

one of my friend lives in london on student visa and she got married in Canada and her sponsorship case is dealing with CIC london office and she already crossed 17 months and when ever she inquired about her case they told her that she hold Pakistani passport thats why she is still in time limit she does not have to follow uk timeline.

and same is the case of skill worker all cases of skill worker from Pakistan deals with London office but they have to follow Pakistani timeline not london timeline..

so we just have to wait and pray for our files

I think people dont understand the reason behind this workload distribution .. Its to LOWER the timeline .. I know there are some 2011 cases and some early 2012 cases .. But the the thing is if the files were still in islamabad they would have taken their sweet 32 months .. So be happy and grateful that the government of canada took a step to lower the timeline ... Keep your hopes high and positive and keep on praying..

I think he is talking about himself because if you look at his timeline he had remedical done in May 2013.

Canada has realized family reunification is a basic human right. Islamabad's processing time reached 32 months so they have taken a step towards it. They have moved all files in Islamabad to London and London visa office is issuing temporary visas to all spouses (until PR is finally issued) whose application was submitted before April 2013 i.e if it has taken more than 12 months.

Dont get sad plz bcz transfering files to london seems to be a good sign. They hv also mentioned that they r processing pak pr cases nw. Im sure it wud be better than islamabad. They wud b working atleast. Will process our files within 32 months i hope! Islamabad main tou queue main he sarhti rehti
