I agree with you they want to touch two year mark for most of cases (85%)
to show how much busy are they and how much efforts they are doing to find false cases. :'(

Actually they are playing with our relationships and eventually with our lifes.

I wonder how come New Dehli trust Indians and 85% of cases are done in 3 to 6 months.
This is discrimination to Pakistanis. Two years of complete "BS".
I wonder what are benefits of being of CANADIANS :-\?

Question for those who have applied for TRV: when submitting the TRV application, do you have to submit the passport along with it as well? What happens if CHC sends PPR for immigration visa in between the time TRV is being processed?

And I'd suggest you not to speak blasphemous words about ALLAH and always be optimist. And please always write ALLAH's name with the capital "A" in the beginning because He is the Greatest of all.

I agree. As much as this sucks having to wait, we shouldn't resort to questioning Allah (swt). He created us, He can do whatever he wants. We are nothing to question him.

Security: not started
Criminality: not started
Medical: Passed

Is there anything else I should look in notes?

salaam hope123 that's nice that ur note says open and processing but how about ur ecase is it still the same as before or changed to processing mine says 1 we recived ur app in dec and 2 Medical result has been received that's it. Oh nice....Eligibility in process means they've started working on your file. Check the very last section that says "Notes". These are all the comments from the officers who have looked at your file, it'll give you an idea about whether or not they think the marriage is genuine etc.

yea the notes say " As explanation ruksati happened on such and such date. Pictures appear sufficient for this relationship as it shows celebration as per local norms on a good scale. Conclusion: Based on the assessment, the sponsor and applicant appear to be bona fide spousal relationship"

Atleast that part sort of clears the eligibility. The file has been forwarded to VO RG00712

All positive. Congrats On top of the page where it says "Security: not started" do you see a combination of numbers and letters on the top right hand side? Technically, they never write "Security: in process" because they don't want you to know lol but if you see those numbers on top of the page (I can't remember what they are) it refers to the privacy act...meaning they probably have started the Security clearance process.

I received my GCMS notes. I am just as uncertain now than I was before I got the notes lol. so recent update was December 2013

it says open and in progress

medical passed -expired

That's exactly what it said when I first ordered my notes as well! I just ordered them again...hopefully some things have changed -_- What does it say for you under "Notes"?

Received notes nothing has started except last update was on Dec 7, 2013 that's all and in one part of the file they have misspeled my email address and about 6 months ago I did send these gandu's an email and a mail to fix it but they haven't.

Also another question if I have changed my address will the old address will be on the notes cause my old and new address are both written on notes, I am kinda nervous cause my wife put my Canadian address for all correspondence but I do have her and my own UCI number when I login it to cic.gc.ca it does show my current address cause my brother changed the address online for us.
