I order my gcms notes on Feb 2104 and I just received the notes today everything is same as last time when I order them October 19 2013 except on the first page under APPLICATION where it says UPDATED DATE:
First set of notes was updated on 2013/05/06
And the new one that I got today it says 2013/12/07. Does this mean that they opened my file and working on it.

its simple..cic works on files in batches...there was a mass transfer of files from ottawa pilot project to islamabad in june 2013. remember these files sat in ottawa for around 12 months. anyway then there was a mass remed request in nov 2013. now june 2014 is the 24 month mark - give or take a few months - for a whole lotta applicants..that is when the ppr monsoon will burst... the lazy ass fck cic employee will then be able to report to ottawa that yea ...80 % of the cases fell in the 24 month timeline.....like i said its the calm before the storm...peace out

best place to process is in Canada. How much cruel are they.

In the name of timeline (No questions can be asked before 32 months) they are making us fool. ??? ???

I agree with you they want to touch two year mark for most of cases (85%)
to show how much busy are they and how much efforts they are doing to find false cases. :'(

Actually they are playing with our relationships and eventually with our lifes.

I wonder how come New Dehli trust Indians and 85% of cases are done in 3 to 6 months.
This is discrimination to Pakistanis. Two years of complete "BS".
I wonder what are benefits of being of CANADIANS :-\?

salaam hope123 that's nice that ur note says open and processing but how about ur ecase is it still the same as before or changed to processing mine says 1 we recived ur app in dec and 2 Medical result has been received that's it. And thank u dear sister and thanks other memebers for supporting me about my last post if i want i have very good answers for all of those ppl who disrespect our holy qurhan but let theme say coz these are very weak ppl and they can do anything when the time arrives coz they r weak I wanna stop here coz this is not the place to waste our time on this kind of ppl I wish u the best dear sister

No nothing other than a recepit that was sent almost 2 weeks back to Canada mailing address for the bank to make RPRF payment which I just made online

Thanx for the help, my wife's file assigned to Rg by AH in Nov still waiting for the ppr, last activity showing Jan 16, anyway going back to karachi for 2 weeks my son's 1st birthday next week, hopefully receive ppr this month.

RG is a visa officer who decides the final eligibilty of cases. (Been decoding notes for a long time). Wvr is the group the comes under RG. My spouse file is with RG since nov 2013. It was forwarded by SK who was in charge of collecting all docs and giving his impression on the relationship which he deemed as "ok". In my notes section is was stated fwd bf to RG for elig dec. which means if mr. RG givies the ok! Ppr is coming. I ordered notes and my file is with RG in islamabad. You and I are in the same boat. Good luck
