Alhamdulilah, I just checked e-cas and my husband's status changed to DECISION MADE. Hopefully he'll get his passport back in a couple days, that's usually what happens right?

My ecase changed to decision made on January 10 still
Didn't recieve passport yet :/ good luck !

That's really scary and unusual, being on this forum for almost a year now I think this is the first time I have seen that it's taking this long after decision made. Can senior members comment on this???

Did your address on e-case get updated to Canada one?? or is it possible that it went to wrong address (God forbid)? Have you had problems receiving mail in the past?

Ya I have in afg ...but when u send your passport they ask for Pakistan
Address and the Pakistan address was updated so I don't know what's taking long I hope nothing

i wonder how get ppl hav such details on their ecases..
for me it's only "application rcvd"...when i click it only two sentences
"we rcvd ur application od permanent residnc on 12 oct 2012

from day 1 when i got my aor it says the same ???
althought i have rcvd application for additional docs(which they lost n i had tos ent again)..then on 18th oct i recvd letter for remed

about the translation u have ro make a marriage redgistration certifcate and and u then have to to endorse with the foreign embassy...... like wise the birth certificate ... and also n.i.c translated i did it from hasan square .. in khi

and how about labeling photos?
write on reverse, the handwriting may not be well read. Is it ok if the details are typed on a paper and glued on the reverse of photo.

did u fill the residency form for the husband. it asks for date from to in canada.
if the husband is living in canada then the end date is what ?

and how do u label the photos? writing on the reverse in small letters may not be legible enough. How about ttyping and sticking it on reverse of the photo

I think it depends on what kind of immigration officer you get, as our senior members mentioned before. For me from the day i sent out my application it says we received ur application sep. 2011 we sent u a letter regarding the decision, december. 2011 and it says we started processing ur application dec.2011 and medical resaults received. But for my cousin who started his 3 months b4 me nothing updated just like ur ecas

Agree!!...of all the Immigratin Officers in CHC-ISB i had to get the laziest one

Same here application received on August 22nd 2011
Medicals have been received (updated July 2012)..nothing since File with lazy DMO since Sep/Oct 2012.

going to pakistan 3 weeks from today for 2 months ....
hope I can come back with wify ...
