My wife started filling the RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE

Then we saw this question :

4) What preparations have you and/or your sponsor made for your move to Canada?

Is this a joke ? look at the damn timeline for Pakistani people what kind of preparation we can do right now else then preparing us for mental torture for +2 years ?

On serious note Can you guys/Gals give ideas what to put in it ? I can't do any preparation till she is not requested for PP request for visa. So at filling time what to put ?

And this question is really confusing :

13) Please give the name of the countries where your sponsor has resided, your sponsor's
complete address(es), and telephone number(s) in these countries, as well as period of
residence at each address since the time your sponsorship application was submitted:

Do I have to provide address where I will reside after submitting the application ?, as this Form is to be sent with application how on earth I will know where and what time duration I will reside on an unknown address ? I don't have crystal ball :S

Thanks for your help :)

#4 - I don't know what to say to that...accumulating money for tickets maybe?

#13 - they're asking for every location you have moved to or lived in SINCE the application was submitted. So from the time you applied for sponsorship to now, where have you lived? enter those addresses in the fields given.

Hi Guys,

I not a very active member on the forum as it is not my own case, its my brother's case who is a candaian citizen and applied for his wife Jan 2011. He is staying with his wife in Pakistan and just got the PPR on Dec 29,2012. She sent her passport with the ppr form back to the embassy and it was recieved on Jan 03, 2013.

My question here is how long does it take to get the passport back. My brother has a daughter now who is turning one year in Feb, Once his wife will get the visa then he will dend a copy of his passport and a coy of his Wife's visa along with paid ticket to embassy to get his daughter's Canadian Passport as instructed by Canadian High Commission.

Please let me know if anyone has any idea about how long does it take to get the passport back. :)
