i got the same reply in the beginning of November 2012 and BFD was mid of November but they DMO didnt review file on BFD

same reply on email reply received yesterday from CHC I ...They have not touched my file in about 3 months....
no updates in GCMS notes which I received this morning.....

#13 - they're asking for every location you have moved to or lived in SINCE the application was submitted. So from the time you applied for sponsorship to now, where have you lived? enter those addresses in the fields given.

Fayzan I think you didn't understood me and maybe you haven't read the question.

As you said in your answer they are asking the places I lived after submitting the application.

Now tell how is this technically possible ? this form is to be sent with the application submission. So no one can provide this information except if you time travel and go in future live some where come back in present time and then provide the info ;D .

So i am wondering what people here have been putting on this form (Residency Questionnaire) as this question can never be answered, another useless question.

Then we saw this question :

4) What preparations have you and/or your sponsor made for your move to Canada?

Is this a joke ? look at the damn timeline for Pakistani people what kind of preparation we can do right now else then preparing us for mental torture for +2 years ?

On serious note Can you guys/Gals give ideas what to put in it ? I can't do any preparation till she is not requested for PP request for visa. So at filling time what to put ?

And this question is really confusing :

Do I have to provide address where I will reside after submitting the application ?, as this Form is to be sent with application how on earth I will know where and what time duration I will reside on an unknown address ? I don't have crystal ball :S

Id say talk about how you are planning to save and when ur wife lands here what u guys are planning on doing .. like if shes going to study or how you guys plan on starting a family ( if not already) ..talk about if parents have agreed upon helping ..

I just wrote my current address for question 13 .. I have been living here since 2007 .. ( I think I was confused about that question as well.

ohhh...I see, you haven't applied yet...I thought they just sent this to you with additional docs. Yea as Waiting10 said, just put your current address.
