Happy New year to everyone and may this year bring you good news to all of you :)

I have 2 clarifications to ask.

-1 Do we have to attach Birth Registration Certificate and also the B Form ? B form should be translated as it is always in urdu ? (also what is the difference ?)

Also for my daughter (2 years old now) I have the Birth registration certificate done by CDA Islamabad, and then I have registration in Nadra which is in urdu. I only have to attach the CDA document ? or I have to translate the Nadra one too ?

2- Nikkah Nama : In Check list they say Nikkah Nama in Urdu. At our mariage we had filled both in English and in Urdu, so I have the both original, Which one to send ? if we have to send the Urdu one do we have to translate it ? or can I just send both ? Hopping It won't confuse them.

Thanks for your help :)

congratulations.........

Answer to question 1:

Birth certificate is all they need but i would recommend get the B form translated from a registered translator and attach it to your application. Send original documents such as Nikah Nama, Applicants Birth Certificate etc etc. You will get them back in the end so please make sure you have made copies of everything thing. You should also send a notarized 50 Rs. stamp letter with details of the translator like his ID card and address and his business as a proof of genuinity. Get all your documents in URDU required by CIC-Islamabad translated by one person instead of multiple.

Answer to question 2:
You need to send original docuemts as i explained before so in your case, send original both URDU and ENGLIGH NIKAH NAMA. They need to be attested by ministry of foreign affairs.
Also attach a letter explaining you had a NIKAH NAMA made in english specially for immigration pruposes. Get the URDU one translated and send it also. Clarification needs to be crystal clear. Do not confuse them . . .

If you got GCMS notes back and it says that they have the passport and they know its expiring then you dont need to worry about anything. TRUST ME!

I also had nikah in both english and urdu and i send both of them

Is it true that they don;t issue visa if the validity of the passport is less than six month ??

there goes my hope :(

Thanks for replies :) so B form is not required ? so why sending a document which is not required and can confuse them ?

Nikah Nama in english, I didnot done it for immigration purpose, but now we have choice to have Nikkah Nama in urdu and english maybe before it was not the case. And we filled both on Nikah day. What confused me was they were asking in checklist the one in Urdu. I was thinking of sending just the english one, will it be a problem ?

Why do I have to attest the nikkah nama ? while we are sending the original nikah nama with embossed stamps already on it. They don't say this anywhere in guide and checklist.
