yaar im so frustrated, I am fed up. There is no hope in this process. I should just move. They must be hiring incompetent retards over there. I got my GCMS notes and yet, even though its AFTER the Due Date of Oct 25, everything shows NOT STARTED.

So what have they been doing all this time?

last update was on Nov 20 when they received my docs...we sent another set of docs when I got their stupid letter...which I guess isn't in these GCMS notes.

the last note says: wedding photos and a cd received. attached to the file. file forwarded to rd for review.

So who the hell is RD? short for RetarD?

out of all of you I got the most laziest and stupid officer in the WORLD.

lol if urs is the most laziest officer then i wonder what mine should be call 35 months and still no visa issued......1.5 months since decision made still no letter received

Last time i visit to Pakistan on my Canadian passport they give me 45 days visa, but one of my friend visit to pakistan on his afghan passport and he got 6 month visa, so for afghan passport at any country pak embassy give usually 6 or 3 month visa.

I dont know about your friend's case but I have a lot of family members that go to Pakistan and either have Canadian or Afghan passport and they always get 45 days. They get this from Ottawa Pakistan Embassy. Also I talked to the person there and he clearly said we have orders not to give afghans more than 45 days visa. This happend abnout 1 week ago.

just wanted to share with you guys that today i received my ppr.. along with my passport they have also requested for my husbands passport and my child's passport.

i want to know that although the case for permanent residence is for myself only.. do i still need to send them the passport for all of us.. anyways my husband is in canada and my child is a canadian citizen.

please help

did they specificly mention you to send passport of ur husband and child or its just normal letter format...send your passport if its not specificaly mention..other wise write letter and explain them that ur husband is already in canada and ur child also have canadian passport he doesnt need visa stamp

No they didnt specify. the letter is very generic.. they said "check that you have enclosed your original passports for everyone in your family who is accompanying you to canada."

i mentioned husband and wife because my husband will come to pak and accompany me and also my child will be going along with us..

please share your opinion.

Salaam Guys.I went sooo busy to inform all you friends that my passport came back wd visa on 14th December by the grace of God. time line is exactly 15 n half months.just after 3 days I arrived in Canada,dont wanted to stay away from my son n wife anymore.though Journey was absolutely a long long disaster.too much boooooooring.but thanks God I found my wife n kid after long time.Thank you all loving brothers n sister.I am still praying for you all.remember me in ur duas please.Thanks

your Visa officer is probably dead...Insha Allah your case will be completed soon...35 months is too much, its over the timeline on their website...maybe you can make a complaint since its exceeded the timeline to expedite your case.

just send ur passport and write letter that ur husband and child will accompany you but they already have canadian passport

You don't need to send their passports if they already have Canadian passports. This is just the letter format it does not apply to you if they are not sponsored with you on your application. Please just send your passport and just for the peace of mind attach photocopies of their passports and also the ticket if possible it will help you get your visa faster

Re: What Will be Next Step?

Hi dears,
I am happy to let you know my wife get medical request (after 19 months) from Candian high commission Islamabad,Pakistan.
she just went through this medical, the Doctor told her, they send this medical with in 10 days in India and after this embassy will let her for further step.
any one have idea about these question,

1) How much time they will take to final about medical report from India
2) What will be the next step.
3) How many months we have to wait more to get visa
4) Me here in Canada and before this medical request i want to visit Pakistan in Jan 2013. Now i have no idea at what time i should i go so that i can bring my family while coming back in Canada.
