Currently I'm living in Pakistan with me wife sense Oct 3rd 2012 and will go back to Canada in last week of February (lol want to escape from cold and stressful winter without my wife Sense we are in :-* :-* )

During this trip I took my wife to Malaysia last month and now we are back in Pakistan. My question is it's good idea to send this updates to CHC-I now from Pakistan along with my confirm seat back to Canada or wait until I go back to Canada?. But then may be to late what you think guys.

i cant even go Pakistan bcoz my passport has expired and my PR will expire soon and it will takae time to get both renewed

Bad idea to send in anything to CHC, since u are going to be there more then 3 months, and u have gone to another country which means ur background check will be a bit longer. I remember lonely with out hubby another old member went to Malaysia as well and it took her case bout 24 months to be finalized not to scare you but everyone has different luck. But its really risky to tell CHC that ur staying in Pakistan longer then 3 months unless u have ur own business and can provide a stable lifestyle then its okay... but do get lots of proof of pictures and suff.... and best of luck

good question...I am not sure what would happen...maybe someone else can shed light on this. But isn't this a good idea?? instead of waiting for them to send PPR...might help reduce time...maybe we should include a letter with it too..."STAMP THE DAMN THING!"

First of all thanks for your time.
I thought background check only can take place if we stay more the 6 month in other country in our case we were just for 2 weeks.
Also I'm Canadian citizen and have my own business shouldn't be a issue. But I will wait few more comments den see what happen.
