It's for Pakistani they can apply if u don't have anything like pak id card so I don't think u can apply ... If u r getting a visa for 45 days so y don't u still go and vist her 1 week before her due date ... Plus incase if she have a baby before u go there still her family is there they can also c the baby .... N u will b with ur son for more then 35 days or may b u all go together.

Just for info. one can get pakistani visa for 1 year for $190. My sister just got one for her son nd it's with multiple entry. She applied for NICOP too, but had to go in emergency.

I received the CAIPS notes today. They were generated on 22-November-2012.
The new information I see is that on 19-November-2012, CIC checked all that we sent after Ruksati.

Notes say:

Marriage has been consummated on September 2012. Sponsor's itinerary shows date of return as of .. Pictures appears to be sufficient for this relationship as it shows celebration as per local norms. Proof of contact: Furnished airway bills, stamped envelopes phone bills and email inbox record are reviewed and found ok.

Docs requested - post-wedding pictures - updated imm8 and police certificate. Request letter along with meds sent.


Now, I don't know if CIC Islamabad does this on purpose, but in the letter my hubby received they asked for everything except for police certificate. My hubby's police certificate was expired. We voluntarily decided to send the new one but CIC never requested it from us. Thanks to Atif Shegiwal who suggested that my hubby should send the new police certificate even if CIC didn't ask.

However, in CAIPS it shows that they requested for police certificate too which is not true lolzzz

awesome, I should get notes soon too then because I applied for notes on 21st of Nov.

how many times have they asked you this stuff?? I better not get anymore docs requests! I have sent enough documents to prove my case to a Judge :/. we are also that rare couple who got asked for marriage cd!

CAN NE ONE PLZ TELL ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAIPS NOTES AND GCMS NOTES ... HOW V CAN APPLY, AFTER HOW MANY DAYS V CAN GET IT , THROUGH WHAT AND IF THERE IS NE HARM DOING SOOOOO......

FYI!

I made another inquiry through MP today after almost 3 months.

A little piece of advise.... Be very polite and friendly when talking to these MP's because your not the only one inquiring.

She did mention that most of the clients have been waiting for months and months after the passport request so i should hold on to my horses

She is going to make the inquiry today and told me that usually the embassy responds in 1 day. Fingers crossed.

Send the PCC along as well.

I didnt and they send me aletter after a month or so to resend PCC because they "forgot" to ask ...

Just to Clairfy there is 100% no risk to the child for taking a flight even if she is 1 day away from birth. The reason the airlines dont allow flight of pregnant women (international flight) is because they dont want the child being born on plane and therefore have to make an emergency landing, etc.

I usually never swear at anyone and even if I am upset I will use physical violence over verbal abuse but nobody can even think of all the swearing I am doing to Canada, and Islamabad Visa Office. I have done all forms correctly and this is actually the 3rd time I am doing these forms because the first time I did them way back she did not write Not Applicable to some questions and just left blank. Then in April I had to do them all again and this time I did it myself when I was there properly. Passport sent Sep 14, Medical Done Sep 10, on Oct 1 Visa Office called saying they cannot process the case without chest xray so just do it after the baby is born. So she did the chest xray on Oct 4 I checked tracking number and everything has been reached. Sep 14 India recieved first medical and Oct 14 India recieved chest xray. It only takes 1-2 months for the medical to be sent to Islamabad.

Wow...First of all, why you did when u know ur situation . 2th second take it easy and everything will be find. ;D
