I'm unaware about GCMS..If you can elaborate on it please and also tell me how to go about it? What is its importance? Is it necessary to order GCMS?

Assalamoalikum,
Sorry for the irrelevent question, but need some guidence.
If a person has taken the OSAP and paying it back and sponsored spouse wants to continue education.
Is the sponsored spouse eligible for getting OSAP?
Does it have any bad impact, as the sponsor is responsible for 3 years taking care of the sponsored spouse.
JazakAllah

What I understood you are asking weather your husband can get OSAP or not. Strictly speaking when I searched that I found for OSAP you have to be a resident of Ontario for atleast one year but there are exemptions for which each institute has different criteria. So you need to contact there financial departments.

And If you are asking for yourself than its not a problem as OSAP is not considered a Government aid its a loan that has to be returned.
