To be honest i m really sad and stress out...i keep checking this site more than 10 times a day but due to being upset and stress i really can't write....i keep waiting each second....don't know why they are doing this to us....it feels like i am in jail and i am in hand of them until they give me freedom....

keep waiting and have patience thats what we need to do there are times when we get so much burnout from inside that we dont pay attention to the other people at home like parents and siblings i think its the best time to s[end most of the time with them and have fun inshaaAllah we all will be blessed very soon

my application filed in oct 2010...n was transferred to CHC-I in march 2011.....
i was requested for few more documents in july..i ve submitted dat
meanwhile i was doing follow uo thru MP..
just got his email dat my file is in que for selection process (preliminary)
n normal processing time is 26 months while my application is in process of 14 months..........
how its possible???????
is dat MP lieing to me n want to get rid or he is telling da truth....m v much tense

hi i m with same timeline with mu file transfer in 11 march 2011 and in march 2012 i receive first request to send additional stuff and then again in april they want some more proofs and in july i got my re-medical letter medcial done on 20 july still waiting fr PPR
i suggest u shold apply GCMS note because u r going behind schedule atleast u know whr ur lies in their office
u r in pak or canada

Did you mean to say ur ecase is not working or theres no update on ecase? Sorry I didnt get wot u mean by "there is no record in cic.gc.ca website ?"

I have received GCMS File No already with my first aor , Yes ecase is not working by putting my client id, Thirdly i visit my mp he told me you have to waits its still your case in normal process time.

I am so depressed here feeling so lonely, what is the normal processing time complete in chc_isb in nowadays?

if you go by the book

time is 26 months after file transfer that is if your file was full and complete and they did not ask you for extra forms or proof

extra forms or documents add time to your file

so in short if they do not communicate with you for 26 months then you can say that the file went over processing time

but

normally if you submit a reasonable application your application should take 18 to 22 months

You would want to order notes now as the real work on a file starts about 10-12 months after AOR.

If you have the original notes you might have an immigration file number...Fxxxxxxxxx try login with that OR
the receipt number with high you paid the 1040 application fee.

MP seems to be hit and miss, my MP is conservative and surprisingly the staff in her office are great, did two checks in past month alone for me...try if a neighboring MP office can help you.

My wife and I have been waiting for passport return for almost two months now...I know your going to say why complaining but it just seems to get harder and harder when you see the light at end of tunnel-may Allah give us all strength, patience and CIC some compassion, ameen.

Ok I finally got the tracking number to work, but once I went to check the tracking number it says Islamabad recieved the ppr on July 3, 2012. How is that possible when my wife sent her ppr on September 14? Should I just look at it as mistaken date or should I be more concerned that Islamabad has not recieved it. Also my wife did her re-medical on Sep 10 at Islamabad but I dont know if the tests have been recieved by India or Islamabad Visa Office. How can I find out. The reason I am so worried is my case is from October 2010 and my case has been delayed very frequently and by a lot of months because nothing was being returned at proper address, etc so I didnt find out until I start inquiring about it from my MP so I dont want anything misplaced this time as I am in a hurry for my wife to arrive.

Need some clue here. We were getting a call from 0512831174 in the morning but we missed it. When we called it they said they were a medical centre. We asked whether they're linked to the canadian embassy, the guy said yes but he didnt know what the call was for and said whoever called will call again.

My medical is expiring on 25th but passport has already been sent. Are they trying to get another medical done??

Both items, medical and passport have been too recently submitted for any inquiries I believe. You can phone the courier company and clarify the date issue but if you have a name on the delivery report that's one good way too...I think the most common name here that is seen is Sana.

I would suggest GCMS and MP inquiry first week of October. As you can see, most of us from July have had no results still.

Listen, Dont be so stressful, Every one know its very painful but we cant do any thing except (DUA), You have to continue your normal life one day will come you will get it.

Say to your spouse that go again to TCS office with receipt and get updates about Passport delivery. 8)

I have check with receipt notoo but not working, If we think we just lost our half age on waiting thats so painful, How much your case processed take till now ?
