Only certain authorized medical centres can do medical tests for embassys. In your case, CIC will let you know which medical centre to go to. For more details, check the website www.cic.gc.ca and it will tell you the list of medical centres in your city. As i belong from Islamabad, Ali medical centre in Sector F-8 and theres one more in F-7 will do it.

can anyone tell me dat from where one shud do REMED....will CHC-I call for their own panel of physicians in islamabad or we would do it from the same authorized physicain of our cities ...who had previously done it......................?????????????????

you are so lucky mashallah. ur the first 2012 case which is going to be completed in almost 9 months... u filed ur ccase on feb 23rd 2012 rite ? congrats ! pray for us too.. i filed my wife's case on april 23rd 2012 and my case is in ottawa.. I just hpe we hear good news soon too ! when is ur medical going to expire by the way ?

Consider yourself one of the luckiest people on this earth. I think they are expediting 2012 cases which is a good thing but they should also process 2010 and 2011 cases as well. I think the VISA officer has something todo with it.

Same thing happened with someone on this forum. They called her in August saying her medical was expiring and if she would be able to leave in Sept, 2012 and she said YES. Her passport was returned with VISA in 6 days.

They send it with TCS 99% of the times. I don't know anyone who got PPR through local post.

Mine came with TCS. If someone lives in a remote area, then TCS doesn't deliver. Thus, they send it by registered post in those cases.

keep waiting and have patience thats what we need to do there are times when we get so much burnout from inside that we dont pay attention to the other people at home like parents and siblings i think its the best time to s[end most of the time with them and have fun inshaaAllah we all will be blessed very soon

I live in Toronto but I sponsored my wife from Karachi.

If your mailing and current address changed to your spouse's "City, Provice" then it means that your landing papers are made already. You should look for "Decision Made" on your E-case which would mean that the Visa has been stamped on your passport. In my opinion, you will get your passport back with Visa and landing papers very soon.
