Emanzaib, thanks! I've been a silent reader of this forum for over two years, created an account over a year ago too, but never posted, never had the need to. But I see a lot of people getting frustrated now so wanted to help all I can. Especially now since my biggest worry is over (ALHUMDULILAH).
I don't want people to get discouraged or more anxious about their timelines, esp 2010 cases, or anyone that's been waiting long. Please know that Allah (SWT) see's your struggle and he does have a plan for you, it will all come though, InshAllah. You also have everyone's prayers who has had to see this difficult wait time.

The best advise I can share is to put the best effort possible in your preparation of the sponsorship file! Pre-plan as much as possible, to avoid future stress. There is not much you can do once the file is submitted, but wait and hope, and pray.

There are no given specifics as to when it will implement, but according to MP's/local immigration lawyers it should be by this year fall/winter. The way CHC is working, it seems to me, mid-sept.
