Emanzaib, thanks! I've been a silent reader of this forum for over two years, created an account over a year ago too, but never posted, never had the need to. But I see a lot of people getting frustrated now so wanted to help all I can. Especially now since my biggest worry is over (ALHUMDULILAH).
I don't want people to get discouraged or more anxious about their timelines, esp 2010 cases, or anyone that's been waiting long. Please know that Allah (SWT) see's your struggle and he does have a plan for you, it will all come though, InshAllah. You also have everyone's prayers who has had to see this difficult wait time.

Filed case at CPC-M: 12 Oct, 2011
Transfer to CHC-I: 07 Dec, 2011
PPR: 24 July, 2012
Visa: 06 Aug, 2012

The best advise I can share is to put the best effort possible in your preparation of the sponsorship file! Pre-plan as much as possible, to avoid future stress. There is not much you can do once the file is submitted, but wait and hope, and pray.

There are no given specifics as to when it will implement, but according to MP's/local immigration lawyers it should be by this year fall/winter. The way CHC is working, it seems to me, mid-sept.

My husband sent it with TCS too, they don't do prepaid delivery, but that's okay. You'll just pay when it comes back.

Sawera, thanks! And you're probably right, if it's a re-med and ppr that you and Tinno had done (with 45 days time given) then you should hopefully get the pp back by month end, InshAllah!

Does the forum gang think its a good idea to send a voluntary supp forms (to furthur prove genuinity of case), even though you haven't heard anything from CHC since file transfer??

I don't want to send my new forms and proofs and CHC wont know what file it belongs to. (Cause they never put a file through process, because no info is provided since transfer)

hubby chubby, a file # is created as soon as the file is transferred and received at CHC-I. They should have given you this number in the email/letter when the file cleared and transferred from here. You don't have to send any information to get the file in process.

Unless the forms were incomplete/in error the first time around, I would not send them again (your file will move out of it's place in que to add the information, and could go back to the end of the que again possibly). Same goes for further proof, I would only send it if it's very strong proof to help your case (but keep in mind that it will also add time because anything not reviewed by CPC here will have to be received, logged, reviewed, added to your file..all of which may add time to your case, rather than reduce). HTH

urgent! my PCC expire this 21 which i send with my add doc request ,i got remed and passport request together and send it on 4 july medical results updated how much time they taken to return my passport if they send it after 21 they ask for new pcc ?any idea

Yes there is a tracking number on the receipt that tcs gives to the medical office. and i requested the medical center in wich i did my medica, to send me the tracking number by sms.

wow!! MashAllah you're so lucky!! It's been 17 months since I applied and still waiting for PPR You're the first husband case I have seen processed so quickly.. What's your secret?? Please share if you went through a lawyer or approached some other help.. Also thanks for sharing the article links.. it was very helpful

Don't worry, they won't ask for a new PCC. The next step is the return of your passport with Visa.
