I'm Just try to understand when could be we can hear some thing from CHC-I, we recived only Req for Pk nt documente not remed in June letter was dated 11th JUne. I sent them everthing on June 25th. and now my wife 1st Med going to expier on August 4th.

i cud nevr understand what bfd really mean ??? my bfd was 21st jan 2012 and am still waitng for PR N IN LATEST GCMS,,, no bfd ws mentioned .

So I'm sponsoring my hubby and had a complete marriage with rukhsati. My hubby and I are first cousins and our marriage was arranged, so obviously its not like a scenario where I have an actual date when we first met or anything. So my question is, just the fact that we are first cousins, will this have some sort of negative impact on our case, or could it actually be a positive thing?

no, it wont have any negative impact on your case... just send pics of different occassions and other proofs of relationship.

halloo every one . iam very worrid . i applied for sponsor of my wife in agust 2011 . my status change in process in 7 june 2012 but i didnt heard nothing from chc yet. my friend also applied on novmber 2011 he is status change in process on july 2012 but he got re-medical and pasport request today . why thats like that ? some body can helpe me plz ?

they are not following FIFO so if your friend who applied in November got response and u didnt..its normal...just pray pray and pray

i also know someone who get the PPR request directly.(her process completes in just 9 months, so no remed).
so it totally depends on immigration officers whoever look our cases.
