I have already emailed CPP-OTT , just hoping they reply soon, if at all.
I need my wife's address changed in cause they send us some mail.
Our 1yr point since submitted our application is almost coming up. so that's why I am concerned.
Yes, it is weird that files still sit in Ottawa after original docs returned back. But that's what another person on this forum told me when I asked in August if it's normal to get docs back.
What a joke this immigration system is!!!
They should hand out a Temporary Visit Visa within few months to spouses and then have a condition of staying together for xx years to get PR or get your butt deported back to where you came from.
But that would make too much sense...

On CiC website there is no phone number. You may try contacting them by email but as that office is just a transit office for our files, they may not respond so you may need to contact CHC ISB once the file reaches there. Other option may be to contact CIC call center in Canada and inquire how to update the address
