i am sooooo happy for everyone who is getting PPR and VISAS MashaAllah but now i am a lil jealous because ppl who applied after my hubby got VISA but we are still stuck after 6 months of remedical :-X
i know its all up to Allah and HE knows and does whats good for us when how and where but i am a bit impatient now....... please please please pray for us....

lol sis, i used to be like that every time someone got remed and ppr i would get be happy for them but also cry ma eyes out of y my husband was not getting any request... but then i let it go n i left everything in Allah swts Hands to take care of... and then wen ma husband got remed... i have been Alhamdulillah very clam n have left it for Allah swt to help me with ...

Allah swt is Merciful and Glorious and In sha Allah leave it to Him and u will soon in sha allah get u r ppr

by da way sis im a 2010/beginning of 2011 case... so having to see almost everyone get their case done within 9-15 months does hurt a lot... but again not everyone has the same faith everyone has their own faith written down by Allah swt and Everyone gets happiness and get tested to see if they are true believer...

hey i remember both our e-case changed into process on the same week
In Sha Allah we will both hear good news and get ppr soon in sha allah in the same week

so they're going to be on holiday's? even though there's a backlog? they shouldn't get holidays...its their problem if they can't get the tasks done on time. Oh well. More waiting...nothing new

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY !!! When the world was going to end, my world just started . My wife got the VISA on Dec 21!!!

My timeline is this:

Married - July 2011
Case sent - September 2011
Case Received by Immigration - Dec 2011
Request for additional Docs (QC selection and Supplementary form), but I sent recent communications, bank statements, police certificate, money transfers as well - July 2012
Re-Medical Request - 01 Oct 2012
Re-Medical Done - 04 Oct 2012
Passport Request - 28 Nov 2012
Passport Sent - 1 Dec 2012
Passport Rec'd with Visa - 21 Dec 2012 Alhamdulillah !

Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah today i received PPR, i was so excited ,Thanks God Thanks God.
Let me share the importance of TCS numbers,
By virtue of TCS numbers i got to know today morning that there are 5 mail sent to my city by CHC .As i was expecting PPR bcz my ecase status was turned "into process" on 17 december and they started process my file on 13 december.
When i got to know that there are 5 mails which was destined to my city ,I wish that time that one should be addressed to me. Thanks God one was for me.
I was sleeping when TCS guy call me and ask me about my address bcz he is unable to trace my home. Then i explain my address and thanks God he handed over the packet and gave him the courier charges.
Thanks to all forum members specially Danny bro, Sabii sis, Omer bajwa bro, fayzan bro and many many more who help me to throughout the process since i joined this forum.
I wish all forum members who are waiting for Good news may get very sooon In Sha Allah.
Plz remember me in ur prayers also.

I have a question about my GCMS notes...

under Application Assignment it says:

Assigned to: RD01775
Assigned by: RD01775
Due Date: Nov 30, 2012

All the assessments show "Not Started" even though its past the due date of Oct 25, 2012.

Does all this signify anything at all?? is there something else I should also be looking for? I am thinking about ordering GCMS notes again...

I think you should be happy becuse at least there is activities after every 6-8 weeks. That's what on my file.

Also my thought we shouldn't be worried about Criminality and Security chack start or not becuse in wives case 90% they don't chack those unless femals are government employees.

Most important think we needs to focus on:
Clients:
Client 1.
Eligibility: ?. To make F*** VO to believe ours relationship is genuine without providing them our XXX movies.

Dear Sabi, just keep praying. i m also june 2011 applicant, did remedical in july 2012 and still didnt get PPR nor my ecas status change frm application received. i am scared they not make us delay after january.....sometimes my mind saying they may do 3rd time medical and will ask for REPCC....ALlah Help us...

By the Grace of the Almighty and most Merciful Allah, I got a call from CHC asking me to send in my passport along with two pictures and a covering letter urgently. The guy insisted that I send that in today so that they stamp my visa right after they receive the required documents.

I'm yet to get the PHEP and PPR. But the person told me not to be bothered about that, as they've got all the details like eye color and height already filled in my application. all they need is my passport.

Alhamdolillah! I just can't wait for my hubby to wake up so that i can share this news with him.

I wish all the rest of you also get the VISA soon, Inshallah.

And hey! Congrats Sheikh88 and Canadian immigrant! Have a blessed life ahead.
