Thanks man !!! so in the request letter it says

"Please provide the PCC from all the DISTRICTS where you have resided more than 6 months"

so against this line.. What do you think my wife should mention because the University Is Situated in that other district i.e "Jamshoro , Sindh" and she use to go from Karachi all the time some times daily out back OR sometimes just stay 1-2 days and come back.

In the IMMIGRATION FORMS under education history, we fill that in the CITY, TOWN box of that university i.e "Jamshoro , Sindh"

Do you think this is raising suspicion for the CHC guys ? that university is in other town ?

do you think i should write some lines to clarify the situation ?

If she was commuting on a daily basis or staying for a couple of days and back, she wouldn't be considered as a resident of her university district. In my opinion she doesn't need to get a PCC from there.

Danny, thanks for your help.

Also, so in the form where it asks for address, she will have to mention her home / residential address of Karachi rite during the entire period of her study.. rite ?

Please let me know. thanks

Ameen. sum ameen. Yaar I really need to have PPR from them before Oct 30,2011. Otherwise 2nd medical will be expired and they will ask for 3rd one which will chop another 2 months and they always look for excuse to prolong the case rather then to finish and get rid of it. >:(

Inshallah! I hope you get your PPR this week so that you get the visa by the end of the month. Are we hoping for too much? Anything is possible if Allah swt wills! Ameen :)

You are talking about the supplementary form correct? It doesn't ask for address, it only asks for city and country. So If you are talking about the supplementary form, then you have to write the city of her university.

For Instance:

August 2007 - May 2011 Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro, Pakistan XYZZCourse BBA

Assalam O Alaikum,

congratulations to everyone who got their PPR today. Can someone tell me how long it takes to get the visa stamped and passport back from the embassy? if re-med already done as well

If someone can also let me know how much time they usually take to return passport with visa if remedical and ppr arrived together?

Walekum Assalam
If you got the request for Passport along with Re-medical than you are looking at an average of 30-45 days for passport to come back with Visa. If your Re-medical was done a month after you got PPR, than you are looking at anywhere from 10-30 days based on the recent average time.

If you got the request for Passport along with Re-medical than you are looking at probably 30 - 45 days for the passport to come back with Visa. It took some people 60 days as well.

thanks for the reply. we got re-med and ppr togather. re-med was done 1 week before passport was sent to the embassy. so its 2 weeks since re-med and 1 week since we sent the passport. so i guess another 2 - 3 weeks i guess till we get back the passport am i correct?
