The address is fine. Normally TCS don't charge for return documents at the time of mailing passport. They charge on delivery when the Passport is returned along with other document because its different for everone since the weight of the package is different. I know this happened to a few cases and as well as with my wife's but I don't know why they charged you in advance :S

Damn haha - I paid in advance myself - I thought may be that is how things work over there, it was someone who told me to pay the charges in advance, I don't recall who though. Well, was just a few hundred bucks, don't really matter as long as the package reached them in time.

There are three flights that go from from Karachi to Toronto, Sundays-its straight from Kar to Tor, Teusdays-its karachi to toronto via lahore, Fridays-its karachi to toronto via islamabad. So yeah I am looking and this is probably the best bet for me however, I heard their service sucks

Well just piece of info that mit help you in considering alternatives.
Bro my wife has traveled quite a few times and have recorded Etihad as more comfortable and competitive in terms of service ppl and price than PIA. only discomfort is the connecting flight at AbuDhabi Airport where you just need to pick your-self out of one plane and drop in other and rest of the flight comfortable as ever.
The advantage you get by PIA is direct flight and secondly there are 99% desi ppl on-board specially the infants who keeps you awake in their own way (those who have traveled with PIA know what am talking about) o yes PIA allows few KGs more but may have a useless argument on dimensions of ur hand-carry or other minor issues while Etihad remains friendly there.
Baqi every1 has his/her own level of adjustments & needs but I have found my wifey fresh and less tired when ever she traveled with Eitihad may b because all the time she traveled with Etihad she was coming to ME

Even crued oil prices going down but in Pakistan its little diffrent.

Its true that their service is crappy compared to Etihad & its hard to get any sleep on the way. The only reason I suggested PIA was the direct flight from Karachi to Toronto which is 14 hrs.

In my wife's case I only sent extra supporting documents once before the initial review, then after initial review I ordered CAIPS and in there the marriage was considered genuine so then I never updated them with email, call logs etc as I thought, it wasn't needed. So yeah it worked out for me in the end anyways.

I have some suggessions to all my friends here. This is what I have observed and experienced, so decided to share with all!

As soon as the initial review is over, please do not send any further contact details, supporting documents, proof of relationship or any updates (other than what you really want to update, like: Address change or change in family structure etc) unless they ask you explicitly for those. ORDER CAIPS OFTEN, so that you know how your initial review went.

What happens is once they are done with your initial review, they normally decide your case right there and decision making officer is just a counter signing kind of guy who just follow the thread of comments and suggessions from the initial review. When you send extra documents in the middle of that, even if they have already made their decision, they are obligated to send the file back to the immigration officer to review those documents (They can not ignore your letters as they become part of your file). In that case your file looses its spot in the decision making queue or whereever it is and then again gets in the queue for review which means adding another 2 months.

Obviously you cant get around that when they ask you for further details but if they dont ask anything after initial review, i suggest to not to overload them with extra information, which infact they do not require.

Freinds with Nikkah only cases, please try to get the Rukhsati done well before Initial Review. Because when you loose your spot in initial review, there is a long queue of people with all kind of different objections. Dont wait for objections to come, be proactive.

For the friends who are in queue for initial review. Its the best time to send more supporting information to make your case simple and understandable. Once they doubt it, they do every possible check to clear their doubts. so its better to stay on track.
