I wouldn't do that, becuase the passport has to be sent on a different address than the regular mailing address and it is sent using a different envelope by TCS so its stored in a differant mail room and not with the regular documents mail room where it takes them 1.5 months to open up the package.waljo88 said:Another Idea I had - when they ask for medical - why not send them everything they will ask for - for example police clearance, remedical, and even passport (if not planning not to go anywhere for sometime). This way you don't waste time sending and waiting for things going back and forth. Any suggestions?
MashAllah, the month of Ramadhan has brought alot of PPRs, I am actually surprised! I thought the would slow down in this month and take half days and etc...But we have seen alot of good news MashAllah. May Allah keeps it this way for the rest who are waiting and get their process done very soon InshAllah.Danny4450 said:Congratulations July2010 and zeeee on getting your PPR's
Glad to see some July AORs getting PPR already. Hope CHC-I is speeding things up and I liked how you guys played it smart and sent all the docs and PCC before your initial review started.

So its a BIG NO
Reason:- On the Re-Medical Letter, they send you a form that already has your picture with an official stamp. The form is pre-filled with all your personal information. That portion is called SECTION-A.
The re-Medical letter clearly states that "This office has provided section B to E of the medical report to the examining physician" that means Section A is the part of the same forms. You get section A and other copies Section B to E are directly sent to the Examining Physician (New Delhi)
So without their letter, its useless to do re-medical.
Also, if you voluntarily send your Passport without PHEP letter, they will not keep it and will send it back. So just a waste of time and risk of loosing that in the mail.
Intne +1 maangte rehte hu, karoge kya inka? You know you Can't buy your PPR with that right?alpha1980 said:Thank u sis... InshAllah jaldi PPR ajai gha. I pray for all members .
Wes, which address should we use when sending the passport? I used TCS services and got it delivered to the DIPLOMATIC ENCLAVE ADDRESS, the one without the PO BOX number. TCS also charged me return delivery charges for sending the passport because apparently the charge for getting the passport back is borne by the applicant. Is that all true, I know I'm just being paranoid for no reason but I haven't heard from the CIC since my interview.wes786 said:I wouldn't do that, becuase the passport has to be sent on a different address than the regular mailing address and it is sent using a different envelope by TCS so its stored in a differant mail room and not with the regular documents mail room where it takes them 1.5 months to open up the package.

Where is my EIDI :ONE 2 KA 4 said:Congratulations July-2010 and Zeee. Now you guys cannot complain about your EIDI
TCS does charge you in advance for passport return charges so don't worry about that. As far as your PP is concerned, you sent it to the office address instead of the mailing address, but as long as it was received by Nasir, you shouldn't worry too much since either Nasir or Shamoon usually receive the mail. Now did you send them a cover letter to why you are sending your passport without PPR. (i.e. as recommended by Visa officer who conducted your interview) + did you put down your file number as well?zs101 said:Wes, which address should we use when sending the passport? P.S the passport was received by some NASIR at the embassy.
