Taaj-e-Raate Canada, Dafa immigration & refugee act 4 ke tehut sub new shadi shoda loogon ko 12-24 avg month ki shadi karne ke jorim mey saza de jatti hy, ba moshakit zehni torture aur judai ke saath.

Faisl-e-oper ke mutabik kisi kisam ki koi riayut or Gunjaish nahi 12 month se pehle, Lehaza faisly ka ehtaram karte howe kam iz kam 12 month ki judai kati jaye.

Laghta ha Pakistani court ki bimariiii CHC ko bi ha jo faisla itna late sunatta ha. Hahaha

I have some suggessions to all my friends here. This is what I have observed and experienced, so decided to share with all!

As soon as the initial review is over, please do not send any further contact details, supporting documents, proof of relationship or any updates (other than what you really want to update, like: Address change or change in family structure etc) unless they ask you explicitly for those. ORDER CAIPS OFTEN, so that you know how your initial review went.

What happens is once they are done with your initial review, they normally decide your case right there and decision making officer is just a counter signing kind of guy who just follow the thread of comments and suggessions from the initial review. When you send extra documents in the middle of that, even if they have already made their decision, they are obligated to send the file back to the immigration officer to review those documents (They can not ignore your letters as they become part of your file). In that case your file looses its spot in the decision making queue or whereever it is and then again gets in the queue for review which means adding another 2 months.

Obviously you cant get around that when they ask you for further details but if they dont ask anything after initial review, i suggest to not to overload them with extra information, which infact they do not require.

Freinds with Nikkah only cases, please try to get the Rukhsati done well before Initial Review. Because when you loose your spot in initial review, there is a long queue of people with all kind of different objections. Dont wait for objections to come, be proactive.

For the friends who are in queue for initial review. Its the best time to send more supporting information to make your case simple and understandable. Once they doubt it, they do every possible check to clear their doubts. so its better to stay on track.

TCS does charge you in advance for passport return charges so don't worry about that. As far as your PP is concerned, you sent it to the office address instead of the mailing address, but as long as it was received by Nasir, you shouldn't worry too much since either Nasir or Shamoon usually receive the mail. Now did you send them a cover letter to why you are sending your passport without PPR. (i.e. as recommended by Visa officer who conducted your interview) + did you put down your file number as well?

So what is the mysterious mailing address anyway? I also sent the RPRF receipt just in case. By the way I remember reading in this forum that the DIPLOMAIC ENCLAVE address is the correct one for sending the passport. I am on about the one without the PO BOX number.

Wes, which address should we use when sending the passport? I used TCS services and got it delivered to the DIPLOMATIC ENCLAVE ADDRESS, the one without the PO BOX number. TCS also charged me return delivery charges for sending the passport because apparently the charge for getting the passport back is borne by the applicant. Is that all true, I know I'm just being paranoid for no reason but I haven't heard from the CIC since my interview.

P.S the passport was received by some NASIR at the embassy.

The address is fine. Normally TCS don't charge for return documents at the time of mailing passport. They charge on delivery when the Passport is returned along with other document because its different for everone since the weight of the package is different. I know this happened to a few cases and as well as with my wife's but I don't know why they charged you in advance :S

Wes Bhai, Have you looked at the flights from PIA yet? They have one flight on Sunday early mornings from Karachi to Toronto that lands around 3:30pm in Toronto on sunday. I think it would be the best option for your wife as you are meeting her in Toronto anyways.

Yes bro, I have been looking. There are three flights that go from from Karachi to Toronto, Sundays-its straight from Kar to Tor, Teusdays-its karachi to toronto via lahore, Fridays-its karachi to toronto via islamabad. So yeah I am looking and this is probably the best bet for me however, I heard their service sucks
