Thats so stupid! Don't tell me that they just opened your file for initial review now 
Are they already done with 2010 VISA qoutas? I really hope NOT!!!! This is rediculous man, I feel your pain. Hang in there and send whatever they ask for ASAP. Order CAIPs to get an idea and if CAIPS don't help, tell your wife to contact her area's MP and get him involved see if he can do something to expedite the process

It seems like they are dragging your case for no reason. Order CAIPS already and wait for 2-3 weeks to see if you get Re-medical.saggit_16 said:

No Bro our file was in decision making officer's Q in the end of April and then again IO's Q then BG Q n then remed soon's Q

Are these your old notes? Seems like they were asked to send the medical request. After receiving medical results, the file was supposed to be reviewed by WVR (Officer's initials). Paper file sent to FCR (storage area) and bring forward the file again on May 25, 2011.

Ok so your caips are similar to mine. They don't show the next BFD for you either that means all of the above comments were made during your initial review on May 25th, 2011. If you havn't received remedical request yet, don't get surprised. Have you emailed them about your case status lately? Normally they tell you in the email if the request was sent or not.
My CAIPS said to send the remedical request in Feb along with repCC and IMM forms, but we didn't at that time. We received it after 3 months when they opened our file again after 45 + 45 Days of rePCC and IMM forms.
Can anyone tell me the procedure to order CAIPS? How much does it cost? How long does it take to order CAIPS? Why do we need to order CAIPS? Any benefits?

Its $5 if the applicant is outside CANADA and you are ordering them on your spouse's behalf and it takes 30 days to get it. You now have an option to email the request and receive them by email as well, but it still takes 30 days you just save mail delivery time by sending and receiving via email.
