The fact that I have not receive supplemetary forms for pakistan from islamabad after a month of them receiving the file is something bad? do I have to worry about that and should i contact them regarding that or that is normal for them to do that. And I have send some proffs like phone bills, emails, pictures about four months ago and I send them email but no reply what so ever of confirming that they have received it or not and also i send those documents with my client id number on the cover letter because I did not know at that time how to get the file number. Should I send them again everything after getting my file number from them? and I also I will ask them for the status as well inshallah. They have stopped sending the Supp forms after the initial file transfer along with the AORs. So no need to worry. You will get these Supp forms with the Re-PCC request when they open your file for initial review. You can email them and get your File number from them. Make sure you give them your Client ID #, name, DOB along with the same info for your husband. Keep your email short, just asking them to give you the file number and your status. Send this email during their working hours for a quicker reply. Also, if you sent proof with your Client ID#, it should be okay as well.

The initial supplementary form they used to send along with the AOR, but now they don't send the AORs so don't worry about filling that form now. Once they do your initial review(about 10 months after your file transfer) they will ask for IMM008, additional family information, background declaration, and supplementary forms to fill out again along with the request for updated PCC.

To receive your immigration file number, send an email using your husband's email address since he is the applicant, and they should send it to him via email. Everything you send to Islamabad to support your case should have Immigration File Number quoted on the letter or email or however you are sending your documents. There is no point of sending emails for case status inquiry right now because you will keep receiving the same generic reply that the 'file is in queue for initial review' until your husband receives request to provide updated PCC and the forms. So I suggest you wait until he receives his first correspondence from them and then you can either send them an email for status update or order CAIPS to get an idea about what they have assessed regarding your marriang. Don't worry your process is going normal there is nothing to worry about at this point. Currently they are working on initial reviews for July/Aug/Sept 2010 files so you have a little more waiting to do before your husband receives anything from them.

Applied at CPC-M: April 2010
AOR from Islamabad: July 2010
PCC and IMM forms request: May 2011
Remedical request: June 2011
Passport request: Aug 18, 2011

Finally, the wait is over!

I've noticed that the ppr's being sent out are for all wife cases, is it just me? When will the husband's start getting their pprs. Why are they holding back on the husbands :'(

They have asked for the following:
1- RePCC

Now I had already submitted PCC in April voluntarily and its not even 6 months to that and also in an email reply they said you would be getting remed request soon and here comes the IMM & rePCC request...... weird !!!
I have ordered CAIPS and hopefully would get response after 2-3 weeks.

Does it make sense to anyone Yes, No, Dunno?

actually same thing happened to us, Ottawa cic told us that remed instructions were on the way back in June 2011, but instead we received IMM and rePCC request. Lots of members told us that we will soon be getting our remedical but that hasnt happened. Its now almost September now, and God knows when we will get remed and PPR,,
