and if we all understand .............. this is the purpose of delay, to discourage all potential spouses from Canada to marry in Canada and if possible those who have already made the mistake of marrying in Pakistan, send them back to Pakistan to their spouses........... that is the conservatives govt anti immigrant policy.........
