I have been surviving with positive notes but since today I see dark KALAY BADAL and now depressed!!!

I ordered CAIPS last week INSHALLAH they will come soon and I will take a look at what crap they have been writing.

Upset is far from what I am feeling, I am in a bottomless well!! My mother in law called me before I found out the news and was giving me a ear full on how I left her son in Pakistan all alone to suffer and that he has been begging me to come to Paksitan but I havent visited and all. She says how can I say that I love him when I dont care, THIS IS NOT TRUE I LOVE MY HUBBY SO MUCH AND MISS HIM SO MUCH TOO!!!

ONE 2 KA 4 BHAI SAHAB, that khotay di puttar gave me no reason at all, bas itna hi kaha ke interview ke queue main hai aap ke hubby jee ki file.
She did not email me any evidence or give me any letter, she said she inquired from ottawa because islamabad was not replying to her email.
ALLAH kere sab BAKWAS tha, please pray for me bhai jee.

I order CAIPS last week, so lets see notes main un ullu ke patton ne kya likha hai.

I had the full BAND BAJAA BARAAT & HONEYMOON, we went to Balakot, Lahore, Pindi, Islamabad and Mansehra.
I sent pictures of every place we went to plus I even attended my brothers marriage right after mines in Lahore.
I sent them pictures of me and my husband attending my brothers wedding in lahore.

Oh I see, sub kuch tu dya hy ub kya meri Behin Jaania ki jaan leni hy kya inho ne. They dont send you interview letters untill the actuall date get schedule for interview. Same here found through email about interview but no letter at all in 5 months.

cool down janiaaa and you need some support from your husband to stand tough in front of these difficult times. take some time to explain to him how you are feeling did you do Rukhsati as well............ were you engaged before marriage and if not did you give them a little love story of falling in love before marriage

Idher dekhe mein apni behin ke liya kya le ke aya "chorian le ke aya green rang ki aur wo be dozens aur suit be le ke aya Parrot colour ka. Chale ub meri behin pehne new suit aur enjoye kre Spring ke rang" Sisters hansti muskrati aur kehlti he achi lagti hy. Mahmed sister ko na batana ub nhi tu oss ne naraz ho jana hy phr mujh se.

Please wait for your caips note and than you will have clear interview reason if any. Than you can plan/respond accordingly. Look at Mahmed sister & Mauo brother both their files were in interview but than they provided proof and now are out of interview. Insha allah I will be also going soon to PK for Rukhsati than Insha Allah my interview will also be waived. So wait untill you get your caips most likely its because marriage with cousin. Not to mention the name here but I know a another silent reader sister on this forum she also has a full wedding and everthing else but she is also going to have interview because marriage with cousin.That sister send me PM time to time. Aur ub depress nhi hona nhi tu phr bhai ne baat nhi krni.

I just dont get it .................. you have an ideal case i am surprised that they still want an interview to check out the relationship .......... sounds like such a nonsense I am sure they would have thought of another reason to suspect it.............. I know a girl from here who married her first cousin in Pakistan and had a big bang marriage with every single ritual possible, they even provided their childhood pictures together, as per her CAIPS marriage is genuine but they keep sending him letter for the forms he has submitted multiple times to them stating ........ on this date you were asked to submit this form which is not complied .............. he keeps replying to them with confirmation number of TCS but they stubbornly send him the same letter and it has been two years for this drama ............. they are like Gods and we feel so helpless may be its time that we go out in streets and protest ....... unfortunately people here are too scared to be victimized ............. trust me I used to be such an advocate of Canada but now I have lost my feelings ..... it does not feel like my country any more ........... since I started dealing with chc-isb i feel I am only an immigrant with my rights only in Canada

I think they see cousin marriage as HELPING FAMILY to get into Canada .............. I dont know what the hell these Baastards want, you know your husband before marriage its a problem and if you dont know then its another problem ........... I think it all depends who is dealing with your case ........ otherwise I see people do get their PPR here and similar other cases get into problems for nonsense things .......... as humtum told us that the file could be transferred to India, why not to consider that option, dont know how would they mail Passport since it is illegal to send passport by mail out of country.

Jaania sister, I can understand what you are going through.

Firstly, I will kindly ask not to get too emotional I know you are upset but there is no point in saying rude things or calling them rude names it won't do anything to help you. There is no point zaban kaali karne ki.

Secondly, sister last July 2010 I found out that my file was in interview queue and it remained in that queue until March 2011 when they reviewed my file and saw new proof. As you have ordered caips you will see the reason for interview yourself. It might not be anything to do with the wedding...it might just be security interview, or there might be some documents or some story in your forms which is unclear. It does not necessarily mean it is because of your relationship. In my caips it clearly says, sponsors father is applicants mothers brother so they know we are cousins and they had no objection...this is common to marry in your cousins.

Anyway, my advice to you will be to CALM DOWN, do dua and remember Allah. Honestly, I don't know how I have gotten through these 19 months while my file has been processing, and if I hadn't had Allah to turn to I would not be alive but you should stop being so negative, turn to Allah and ask Him to help you. Instead of saying you want to die etc be grateful for what you have. I hope I don't sound rude about this but you need to be grateful for all you have and Allah is there to help you in the most difficult situations.

So email the embassy and ask them what process your file is in, maybe it was a misunderstanding on part of your MP and the Ottawa people and there is no interview...or maybe it is a simple reason for interview. So hold tight and wait for caips in the meantime don't let anyones bad comments let you down and do dua and pray and don't say any bad names to Islamabad people. Gaali to sab hi de sakte hain but bohat kam log apne dushmaano ko duaein dete hain. All the best sister, may Allah (swt) bring you guys out on top of this ugly mess.

Yes I agree with you it could be due to 1st cousin as I said I know there is another sister with the same situation due to marriage with cousin.
If you recall there was a ducomentry information conducted by a famous lawyer with CHC-I late last yr and that article was publish in news paper. Out of many reason for case delaying one was marriage with first cousin. I will check If I can find the link to that newspaper for your reference.

Bro I am not scared other than Allah. Jab oss MALIK ka hukim ho ga mout a jani hy not a minute less not a minute more. I am with you if you want to do anything I also have same feeling that most of us are scared here. Dont really reliaze that its our right as a citizen. There is no difference between the Visa officer and you being as a citizen. Only difference is he/she work for Govt and you & I workd for corporation.
Take an example of UK spousal sponsership my aunty told in UK told that the embassy in ISB were delaying and refusing every other case than peoples got to gather in UK and marched peacefully agaisnt Govt and their minister of immigration personally went to PK to find out the delay & refusal reasons in British High Commission, than after no more objections and visa started to get process in 4-5 months timeline.

No wonder nations/public have the power in their own hands to influnce the govt policies, but if nation/public dont reliaze this than I have not seen or heard about any leader who take care of peoples other than Nabi Kareem SAWS & Sahaba karaam & Ulma karaam and Illama Iqbal & Qaid e Azim.
