mahmed, dear you were pretty hopeful a few days ago..you already sent so many pictures.. why are you stressing now.what happened? what are u thinking?

I guess all this negative atmosphere is making me negative too...lol. You have seen the pictures from my trip to Pakistan those are the ones I sent and I pray they are enough. I heard about psionator how they said the marriage is not genuine and she visited her husband also so it just got me thinking and I hope they don't say the same thing to me as well now i really miss my husband and don't want to be apart any longer.

ok so i just read the letter .. and yes the ass**** refused because no PCC was provided
some simon viraachio is the immigration officer and is asking me to appeal :-s like what the hellllllllllllllllll

marya inshAllah you will be successful in your appeal because it clearly says they don't give PCC to anyone not living there, it is a silly reason to reject the case though. In the meantime at least you get to live with your husband so that will be nice to spend time together and Allah is with you, in the end truth always comes out on top INSHALLAH and all of us here on this forum are with you ;D I'm sorry we can't say anything that will really lift your spirits but just know that there is a community of people on this forum who are behind you 100% of the way ;D ;D may Allah (Swt) make this process fast for you

My husband lived in saudi for 3 yrs ..
but came back last yr ..
we tried getting pcc from saudi and saudi emabassy wrote back saying they dont issue pcc to people who dont live here any more .. i provide sufficient paper trail to confirm that they do not provide .. even sent the ref from CIC website where it clearly says no PCC for people who dont reside in saudi any more .. i dont know why the hell these ppl refused :-s

marya, wait till u get the letter...go through it carefully..please try to stay calm..i pray you don't have to go through appeal and the matter gets resolved. Also talk to some lawyer..it is soo common for pakistanis to work in saudia..i am sure there'd be many more cases like ures where they couldn't get pcc's.

wow I go away for lil while and boom the forum is buzzing and busy with comments, so many pages to read from.

Sad that its all based around sad news but stay positive. I pray its not a rejection letter and just your husband's misunderstanding that it is. Inshallah it'll be just an objection letter and can be easily resolved. God forbid it if is a rej letter then fear not, Allah is with all of us, remember the CHC are just people and not Gods even if they think they are. They are just playing with our lives but know this Allah se bar k koi nahi. We are all here to support you in the best manner possible. Stay strong and inshallah bad news will turn into good news. We all pray for each other and we all will come out of it stronger.

Yes i read the letter they have refused ... im quiet calm .. im a very strong person when it comes to these kinda things ..
itna wait ker lia or kerlongi but i feel this was insane that they refused becuz of one stupid pcc ..
khair inshallah jo hota hai achay k liye hi hota hai .. or Allah ko jo manzoor ..
lets appeal and see

And i wonder wat sameer got becuz both of us e-case changed to decison made on march 22nd

My husband and I have not done a rukhsati celebration of sorts but we had a nikkah on the phone May 2009. In December 2010 I went to visit him and we lived together also so our rukhsati is technically done but we didn't have any celebration do you think this will be accepted?

i m requesting do rukhsati they want full marrige i m suffering dont u know from oct 2007 they dont accept the nikha on telephone thats y i m emphasis to you all go and done ur rukhsati soon and then provide them all proofs of urs rukhsati (kabhi tu karni hai rukhsati aap logo nay abhi karlo isi main faida hai warna u dont know ye log kitna latkadetey hain bhool jatey us file ko jis mai complete marrige proofs na hon please dont delay )

Sister you are my role model ;D after all this most people will be swearing and crying lol but you are so strong Allah ap ko ajar de k ap ko Allah pe itana barohsa hain...honestly I'm really proud of how you are handling this situation and you know the fact that Allah tests those He loves so my sister I am sure you are right up there with the people He cares about inshAllah

Yes this is what was worrying me too...the rukhsati is done without it being a formal celebration lol...anyway Allah sab k liye ehsan karay and inshAllah everyone starts getting good news so we can change the atmosphere on the forum around...as long as they have some of your pics from then I think it will be sufficient inshAllah
