Those Saduis Bados are laziest peoples on the plant. Other than eating Khajor & drinking Kahwa they dont know anything else. They even not understand english. Thanks to Allah Almighty who gave them petrolium and they have status.

Yeah im planning to appeal and go stay with him .. i guess thats the only thing i can do at the moment

I think it is all a matter of who is doing the case...some people lie on all their application and they get visa without any questioning and then there are people like me who tell the truth and because of that get punished by long processing times...it is really stupid system

What is the point refusing it due to PCC.To me as long as the relationship is genuine (which is ture) thats it issue the visa. No other question suppose to ask.

I'm sure it is because of the fact that Pakistani nationals are now going under a lot more security screening because apparently we are dangerous people..not every Pakistani is trying to come to Canada to do some dhamaka goodnesss it's so annoying

If it is a rejection letter make sure you go to your MPs office, they can help a little bit too but don't complelety rely on them though.

I have just sent a case specific inquiry to Islamabad but I didn't receive the generic reply saying that they received my email...has this happened to anyone else?

i dont know ,but being as a woman as a wife i really cry for hhhina since i have very soft heart and i easly can feel others pain i will pray for you that your husband come to you as soon as possiable May Allah help you sister and Inshallah Allah will help you iss may be ap ke khair hogi and Allah ka kohi raaz hain dont be upset sirf kaho ya Allah ap better samaj tay ho............you know our example is like a small kid infront of Allah that we always try to catch the fire ,but when a mom safe the kid from the fire the kid start to cry ............coz he or she is small enough to think that it's fire and it will burn her .so jiss cheez ke pechy ham rohty hain oss may be Allah Tabaruk ka kohi raaz hai jo hamay bacha kar raktay hain ,but we cry after it and after all Allah hamisha apnay acchay bando ko azma tay hain so be happy and pray Inshallah soon you will give us good news and may and sarry brothers and sisters in this forum will pray for you inshallah . at end tell me why they reject your case?

OMG that is very sad news....i logged in today to find some happy news..but seems like the weather in gta, the atmospher in the forum is pretty glooomy too.

hhhina ..I am not going to say that what happened to ur husband is sad..because we are here to encourage u right..not to depress u ..

please have faith and take it as the will of God..we don't know what's good for us and whats not..but we do know that we should never give up..na-umeed nai houna..talk to the best lawyer u can find in canada and appeal ..inshAllah u will be rewarded for your patience.

ok so i just read the letter .. and yes the ass**** refused because no PCC was provided
some simon viraachio is the immigration officer and is asking me to appeal :-s like what the hellllllllllllllllll

oh my God sister after 22 months ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooo so long time i just come five months ago ,but still i am missing him and if i didnt hear any thing until end of Aug i will go on Eid Inshallah ,but wish we get some good news soon . coz yaha say to jana acchi lagti hai wapis coming alone is killing

I am stressing out today because I'm wondering if me going to Pakistan to see my husband will be enough proof for these people because they are not accepting nikkah only cases but I went and lived with him so where does our case stand? I'm so confused
