Can anyone tell me wht does “forward file to MP for eligibility review” mean??

it means if ur eligible to sponsor n continue the process. If early to tell since ur a 2012case

My wife did her medical on 30th of Oct and sent in her passport yesterday..

Waiting starts again.. will see how long it takes for her passport to return..

I am not sitting quiet though ........ i have made my Mps life hell ...................... coz mine iz right now .......... You know they dont care ................. i mean immigration does not care ....... that idiot from Calgary does not care .............

I know exactly how you feel qamalik. All politicians are the same, when its voting time, they will be begging for votes basically and once in the office, they don't care. They will only care if there is some sort of benefit to them in standing by us. Right now this is not a priority for them and that is why we are being treated like this.

I just read an article on ctv about Harper's visit to India... made me so pissed off. (But I blame our politicians and people for this that we are being treated like this)

Dear All,

I need urgent guidance from Family Immigration Experts.
I am sponsoring my new born daughter born recently but after visa approval from CHC. My wife application was approved a week before my daughter birth.

My questions are?????

What forms i need to submit in Canada?
How much fee I have to pay for an infant?
Can I sign all applications on her behalf because she is infant?
How long it will take to get approval from CPC-Mississauag?

Please I need urgent help because my wife's visa is expiring early next year and as per email response from CHC we need to file sponsorship as soon as possible before expiration of her visa. They have asked to send stamped visa passport back till approval of her sponsorship from canada.

Salam and what do you mean that you three are WVR? We are coming upto the 25th month on November 21/12 and still no word. I wonder why they keep us in the dark so much. I just don't understand all this anymore.

Also why would they change the Unique Client ID #. It was 12345678 now the last two #'s have completely changed to 12345600 this was on the CAIPS notes that I received in the month of October/12 ??
Can someone answer this question for me or help me understand??

Just an update from my side. By the grace of GOD, I've got my PP back yesterday it took almost 2 months after PPR n' the whole process took appx 2 years.
