Oright ppl i hv Q 4 u all.Kindly comment if u hv some exp of it.I hv my brother in law & her wife just went 2 Canada(PR)Card Holder.Now as u ppl know tht case is tking v long time almost 26 month's so he is planning 2 get visit visa for himself.Would if he got the visa then it wont be an issue but if he wont get the visit visa as he dont hv any previous travel 2 any other country then wht would be the fallback of it.Would he b able 2 apply Spouse Visa if he got refused ?
