I AM HAPPY FOR MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE BUT I AM SHOCKED THAT THEY WERE NEVER ADVISED THAT THEY WERE IN THE INTERVIEW Q
AND I HAVE SPONSORED MY HUSBAND EARLIER AND HAVE BEEN IN THE INTERVIEW Q FOR OVER 1 YEAR NOW AND WE DID NOT GET
AN INTERVIEW LETTER, THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL. I AM SO DEPRESSED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

InshAllah you will get your letter next week as well. For sure it is not fair with everyone of 2010 and especially you were the oldest.

Looking at 2010 cases

thank GOD i never sponsored my wife in October 2010

still have to wait 20 months

since i appied in 2011 cases have been processing fast

You are definitely the lucky one because my wife always says that we should have applied in 2011 since their cases are way faster than us. But you deserve it anyway. You are helping each and every one all the time.

The best thing to do is Send several fax. One is never enuff. TRUST ME. Also mail a letter requesting change. They do not accept email request for changes in contact information. Hope it helps.

Exam sis! I agree with you. I did the same thing. Once they weren't replying my emails neither they were going thru.

I applied Sept 2010 and seems like the interview would be towards the end of 2012. Very Sad state of affairs.

can I ask why your sister in law is being called ffor an interview?? Was it a full marriage or nikkah only case? Or is there some other reason u cud think of?

hey guys does anyone know that chc in isb will let you go in and speak with them regarding my case?

My wife is with me in Canada on visitor visa while our sponsorship application is in CHC Islamabad. Her pakistan mobile number is not working now for some reason even though we asked Warid in pakistan to turn on roaming. She can send and recieve messages but not phone calls. So we sent a fax to CHC Islamabad informing that for now her contact number is our home landline number in Canada. The fax was sent about a week ago. I am wondering how would I know if they have actually add the contact number in her file? Is there a way to be sure. so that we can send the request again if they have not made that change. Hello.. no irsum they wont update you even if they recceive the change in address or other contact info. best way is to fax or TCS them them the new contact details but they will not respond but update your file...even when you send a case specific enquiry via CIC's website they auto generated reply says no confirmation or reply will be provided in this case. Lastly i asked our consultant in canada and he confirmed all this...all you can do is pray they actualy have it and have updated your file inshallah...

is that ur brother second marriage ??or any other reason that ur sister in law has to go through from an interview ???M sorry m asking this just bcoz i think M in interview queue and its my hubby second marriage and if 2010 interviews letter are being issued its a good sign ..u should be happy
ur sister in law didnt know that she is in interview queue than what was her status showing since 2010???
